The pita was good. I've had better at other zoes but it was good. The pasta salad was pretty dry as it was like eating a block of feta with some undercooked noodles thrown in.

Glad I tried Zoës as it was tasty, fresh, and enjoyable. Great sauces and awesome salad! Definitely will be back!

Awesome food! We tried Zoës for the first time last night and were so impressed. My fiance and I both said "wow" too many times to count during the meal. I even commented after the fact that we have been less impressed at many much more expensive "fine dining" restaurants. The flavors were great and everything tasted incredibly fresh. Service was polite and helpful and the restaurant was very clean. We will definitely be back many times.

Food was good, but the portion size could improve especially for the price of some items. I ordered the Mediterranean Salad Trio Bowl with chicken which was about $12. The serving was very small compared to the sandwich and kabobs that my family members ordered. You're better off going to Garbanzo.

I ordered online and couldn’t have had a better experience. Order was perfect and the deliverer couldn’t have been nicer, as I did request a few accommodations. I’ve always loved Zoës and glad we now have one so close. Food excellent, per usual. (I always order the chicken roll ups and kabobs)

I found the steak kabobs good tasting but very greasy. I wish you would offer more healthy, less salty, items. Also, I really wanted to try the Moroccan chicken, but didn't want the whole meal at such a high cost. Can we get that dish as a single choice instead of the full meal only? Hope you can make that happen soon.

Really good and refreshing food. The cauliflower bowl did not disappoint!

I enjoy the location in Highlands Ranch. The store is always clean & the staff are always so nice. My husband & I have never had a problem with our food or service either. We enjoy getting take out here several times a month.

This is definitely my favorite location of Cava. Although this is nowhere near my house in northeast DTC, it's close to work. And as far as the weather permits, I walk here as it's about 10 min from it. The young man upfront was very generous about some add ons. I picked at least several of what appeared to be not included in the bowl's description but when he rang me up, it was the basic price with no additional charges so after tax, it was $12 with some change. In this day and age where the prices in general are so inflated, $12 for a bowl like this size does not happen at all. And the two sauces that came with the bowl were awesome especially the white one (it might be the garlic sauce.) This bowl is filling and yet so airy to the point where it doesn't give you that "Oh my gosh, I ate too much" feeling even if you finish it The only thing I disliked about this bowl were the black lentils (add-on.) They were undercooked so they were crunchy. However, I was able to ignore this fact and concentrated on the overall quality of it. This location is also pretty clean. Cava always seems to promote "clean eating" I shall return to this location of Cava in the next week or two.

First time here and honestly never really noticed it even though we have been to Torchy's Tacos a lot. Very odd. But glad we went per a friend's suggestion. Love the mediterranean food but this time I didn't end up getting what I would have chosen, so I will have to go back again. I ended up just modifying what was ordered ahead of me so it didn't go to waste. Something wasn't made quite right originally and it was good enough for me. You first chose the main bowl type, than you choose what you want on it. The concept is a nice one (eg like Subway or Chipotle's), but it did seem a bit pricey to me. Also the workers were all super nice, but I wish their clothes weren't so messy with spills, etc. Sitting area was bright and had lots of tables. Looking forward to going again in the future.

I always look at the front door dirty, my Wife want to eat I did not order most of the tables where dirty. Service was good.

I was recently introduced to Cava and can't resist to get it any time I am near an establishment. It is a similar concept to chipotle "build your own" with fresh Mediterranean options. I would recommend looking at their menu prior to arriving. They have a lot of different options and it was difficult for me to pick on the spot. Everything sound so good. The ingredients are fresh and favorable. The space is open and clean. The staff has always been friendly as well.

Honestly, as someone who loves CAVA, I expected a lot more from this location. Usually I am eating at the Castle Rock location, but today it was really busy and I knew the employees were working hard and I didn't want to add more to their load. I went to the next closest location and the environment just seemed very dull. The employees looked like they didn't want to be there and the portions weren't nearly as big as when I get them in Castle Rock. I still love CAVA but I don't think I'm gonna branch out to another location anytime soon

First time trying this place. It's a similar "fast casual" style like Chipotle. I ordered the lemon chicken bowl. It was pretty good, needed more dressing due to the chicken being a little over cooked. They had Maine Root pop (or soda for you heathens) at the fountain machine. Tables were a tad dirty.

Popped into Cava with the intentions of getting a very fresh, very tasty Greek Salad, topped with gyro meat, and was instantly informed that gyro meat is NOT available. The chicken that came with the salad was delish, and all the vegetables were super-fresh and also delish. Both Jason and Alex were consummate professionals and management should know that, despite me waving cash in their faces (in an obnoxious way, as only a gyro-meat-deprived customer might do), they REFUSED to accept my offer of a gratuity and, instead, encouraged me to return soon. Such awesome! So much fresh! I would come back to Cava again and again. Especially if y'all added gyro meat to the Greek salads. Lou

This is way overpriced for what you get. This should be 5-8$ a bowl. The Greek salad was crap and small portions for 12$ . This place has that qudoba vibe and that place is over priced as well. I mean for 11$ to 13$ you should walk away full but instead you have to go next door to Torchy's taco and fill up on their breakfast tacos after,! lol.. stay away from this place

Needed some roughage after the vacation food i dulgance I was having and this falafel plate hit the spot. I think this place is great and felt great after the meal.

I have been meaning to try this place for 3 years. I am apparently super lazy given I go the Torchys next door for...3 years. This based on one take out order. Sweet and spicy chicken pita: was awesome. I added that green vacuum sauce. Pita was good not too pita-forward. Sauces were great and fresh veggies all came together. My complaint would be consistency. All of the ingredients seemed to retreat to their respective parts of the pita. Tomatoes on this side lettuce and pickle things to the other side. I should not have to deconstruct/reconstruct my pita. Maybe train your employees and/or drug test them every so often. Sayin. Still tasty. I can see why others have problems with the quality. I only had one order and it wasn't right.

We loved it!! I had the Lemon Chicken salad, BF built his own bowl. I was somewhat hesitant to try the black lentils--I've had yellow and red, but never black--and they were delicious! So was the red pepper hummus. The pickled onions were good, milder than the ones I make at home. The fountain drinks are awesome! I didn't like the blueberry soda or Mexican Coke, but I don't drink soda anyway. I just tried small amounts because I have never had either kind of soda. The blueberry does smell very good. BF liked it. The jasmine iced tea is REALLY good. BF loved the Strawberry Citrus. CAVA is out new favorite lunch place! I substituted arugula for the spinach in my salad, and BF had some falafel. It's not as light and fluffy as Shawarma's falafel, but very flavorful. Service was cheerful and friendly. We will DEFINITELY be returning. The vibe is clean and bright.

Came in today to get a bowl and the rice was delicious staff was upbeat and favorable

Very tasty and healthy bowls. Get the Crazy Feta and Harissa in your bowl. They struggled to keep ingredients in stock and cook the lentils enough so were not crunchy, but lately, seems these issues have been resolved.

I have NEVER had a worse experience. We ordered delivery online. When our food didn't arrive we called. The person refused to be of assistance, "it is not my problem. Call Door Dash, " and hung up. When we called back to say we don't have any information to call Door Dash she continued to argue, said our order was cancelled and we wouldn't get our money back. When we picked up the order it only got worse. The manager was argumentative, extremely disrespectful and aggressive. She refused to provide an area manager contact information. Contacted the store in CR and spoke to management. I will never go back!!! Unless staffing and management changes... stay away.

Love the concept and the mix and match options are delicious! But this location strugggggles. In my 3 visits here, they're out of quite a few toppings/menu options. The staff is always seemingly very frustrated and slow despite many people behind the counter. Not sure what the issue is but it's consistently struggled to stay stocked and serve people in a friendly and fast paced manner. I know staffing is tough right now though so I'm going with 3 stars.

I love this place. Plain and simple. It's fresh, easy and always consistently good which is hard to find in a Buffett style place. Oh and it's healthy!!! Definitely will be back

Rice hard and dried out, lamb was awful tasting. Never going back! All three of us threw out our meals.

George and Annabel did a great job, both were super friendly and created a welcoming atmosphere. The food wasn't really my thing but my mom loved it! I'll be 100% coming back.

I ordered ahead and the "system was down". They didn't let anyone know that was waiting in front of the pick up counter, after 10mins I asked. They then told me I had to get in line and re order my food. What's the point of pick up at that point?! I got an extra side of pita chips and hummus. The employee gave me a side of hummus the size of a ketchup cup then gave me the pita that came with the bowl. There goes $5. Will never go back.

Yum! Excellent healthy and tasty options. Many options to create something unique each time. Friendly and fast staff. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating options.

A friend brought me here to meet her for lunch and I was so excited to be able to build a vegan bowl! Very good! the young man behind the counter also had very nice manners and was helpful to explain my options as needed.

Been frequenting this restaurant. I do enjoy it, service is much better and consistently good food and service. There are times when it is busy so indeed it takes a little longer to get your food but it's understandable. I will continue to enjoy their yuminess!

Short on ingredients. Really liked this place when opened, but prices have gone up, and they are seriously short (out of stock) on their ingredients most of the time. Only about 1/2 of their toppings are available, no romain lettuce available for base either.

This restaurant was filthy. No one looked like they cleaned up after themselves. All around the food service station, food was slopped around and not cleaned up. The lamb meatballs were so dry they could not be eaten. Our pita had so much sauce on the outside, it could not be held. The server looked like he did not want to be there at all. Horrible customer service and dirty. I will never go back.

Never order online if you want your food in a timely manner. I just picked up the 4th order in a row that was 10 minutes or more beyond due time. Since i don't pick the 15 minute increments, i usually just go with what time is given. Today, as usual, I watched 6 orders put in and made before mine, which was ordered 25-30 minutes before, before they finally acknowledged me and got me my order. Waste of time unless you order in person, sacrificing the entire reason for online ordering.

I love Cava. It's hands-down my favorite place for quick casual. The food is flavorful, can be healthy and it's easy. My only complaint is that this one is struggling with service and the lines and the lack of online ordering.. which they had a few months ago prevents me from visiting. I unfortunately don't have time to wait in line. Not to mention they close early some nights. I really hope they can resolve this as I would eat here once a week if only the line wasn't so long.

Wow I can't believe owner/Managemnt haven't address the constant staffing issue. I've visited this location 3 rime in the past two months... First two times slow rude staff Today I waited 25 minutes in line to find out they didn't cook enough food...no protein chicken or meatballs. I felt for the customer in front of me waiting for side items that never came...I saw thier frustration when they just left after 10 minutes Folks if you open a restaurant. Be there in its time of need to be successful so that customers don't ever have these painful moments I plan on not returning even though the food is great

I don't know how it's possible but every time i come to cava it gets worse. When they opened it was clean, fresh food, food portions were good. Now they're usually out of half the stuff, there's no care for cleanliness, they're stingy with the food portions and they have a bunch of people who don't care working there. Everytime we come here they're out of some sort of ingredients. For the price they charge they should do a better job at having ingredients in stock or at least tell us they're out before we order.

they are making the contents of the make your own bowl smaller and smaller. i have been disappointed the past few visits.

This really isn't Mediterranean... food is still good but do not think your eating true Mediterranean. Its honestly closer to chipotle than anything. I also wasn't impressed with the attitude of a few employees. Very poor communication skills and couldn't look at me for some reason.

This place was soooo good. Yes! Finally a spot with flavor and healthy options for HR! Your staff was amazing even at 930pm when I popped in to grab a Togo dinner for my fam and they treated us like they just opened for the day. That kind of service is hard to find in the crap shoot of HR early closings with restaurants. Thank you for the awesome night and we will be back for sure!

Horrible service on evening of 7/6/22. Ordered online for 6:30 pickup. Basically blown off by workers and did not receive order until 7:10. Workers standing around doing nothing. Numerous walk ins served and left before receiving order. Other customers with pickup orders in same situation. Food may be decent but this service was far from acceptable without any compensation.

Good for what it is. Everything seems fresh and good. Might be a bit over priced for fast food Mediterranean, but tasty. Would recommend if you're wanting something fresh and different.

Essentially, the food was good. There was a lot of variety for toppings and ways to build your meal. The price was ok. What really diminished the experience was the exceptionally long wait. We were in a line that wasn't too long but took 30 min to get through, which baffled me because it was assembly line counter service so everything was ready to go. If the wait wasn't so long, 4 stars. The food wasn't something I'd wait that long for again but would stop in if I saw there wasn't a line.

Went in today and had an extremely pleasant experience. Usually when I go to this location I'm hesitant about the young workers who get distracted by each other instead of attending yo their customers. This time, a worker named Rebekah was extremely attentive, gave me nice portion sizes, and treated me so well that I feel inclined to write a review. Today was the best Cava experience I have ever had!! Lamb and falafel were 10/10 today. So good

The food was pretty good but I'm only giving three stars because the rice they gave us was so hard it was almost inedible and for a fast casual restaurant of their quality, their menu is overpriced ($15 for a pita wrap)

I've eaten at another cava and thought it was very good. The highlands ranch one. . . My lentils were super hard and at 6:30 pm they were out of most toppings. . . Pretty disappointing.

I usually go to the Colorado location but since I was on this side of town I figured I would come to this one. Big mistake. They were out of nearly everything. They had very few topping available, the lady in front of me ordered for her kids and they were out of kids items, they had no sweet potatoes which is a staple for vegetarians at cava. Overall the line looked very dirty and the lack of items ensured that I drive the extra to the Colorado location.

Terrible service mediocre food with a high price--if that's your thing. I won't be going back

I love Cava's food. I crave their pickled onions daily! But unfortunately this location has NEVER been it. They are constantly understaffed, and never prepared for the lunch rush. The line can reach out the door and they run out of food items ever time I'm there. The management needs to get a hold on this location.

This place is amazing! If you haven't tried it yet, it is a must. Delicious Greek goodness. Fresh ingredients, delicious food and teas, friendly service and a sunny patio. This will be a new routine place to visit.
