Yelp
I really liked the people at this restaurant.
Very positive helpful serving staff.
I've tried three of their signature dishes.
The Korean burrito.
Their fried chicken sandwich .
And the Korean fried chicken sandwich.
I believe two of these appeared on DDD.
The Korean burrito, despite all the ravings wasn't my style. I like good Korean food, but I didn't particularly care for this flavor profile in a tortilla wrapper.
It was also cold but I don't think intentionally.
The chicken sandwich was very good on execution and very moist, crispy chicken breast. But unfortunately it was poorly seasoned. If that's the seasoning profile, they need to add some additional toppings like pickles and/or some type of acid to give it a zip to make up for the lack of salt, pepper, paprika, granulated, garlic, etc. that you might find in a fried chicken.
On the other hand, the Korean fried chicken was very tasty and the crisp cabbage and pickled vegetables was very nice.
It would be better if they would allow these cabbage items to come to room temperature, since they are fermented rather than serve them, cold on a hot sandwich.
I will definitely be back to try more items off their menu and see what's new!
