It's Still Possible to Book a Last-Minute Trip to the Olympics in Paris

"Zoku Paris is a charming hotel with a co-working space and a rooftop terrace. The Zoku Room costs $1,329 for four nights during the Olympics, with an option to upgrade to a larger loft for under $100 more."

Seven of the Most Affordable MICHELIN Guide Hotels in Paris

"Zoku’s vision of versatile, efficient, modern apartment-style hotel life was born in Amsterdam, and quickly spread to Copenhagen and Vienna. One might wonder if their signature blurring of the line between business and pleasure – their merging of work and life – would fly in a city like Paris. But the evidence from on the ground in the 17th arrondissement suggests that there’s plenty of appetite in France for Zoku’s forward-thinking approach." - The MICHELIN Guide

I stayed at Zoku Hotels for about six weeks, and it was an excellent experience! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the property is very well managed. Since this was my temporary accommodation while moving to a new country and searching for a permanent home, efficiency and comfort were key—and Zoku delivered on both. It is also well connected to the transportation network with both the Metro line (13&14) and the tram being a minute's walk from the hotel. The rooms are minimalistic yet brilliantly designed, making the space feel cozy and practical for everyday living. Everything is well-equipped, so managing daily life is easy. I’ll truly miss this place as I move into my permanent home, but I’m taking with me fond memories—hosting friends, enjoying the rooftop restaurant, and working in the co-working space. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a smart, comfortable stay!

+ positive : We stayed a 4 nights at Zoku last week. The loft room is lovely and has everything you need. The staff was very friendly. Metro station is close by. - negative : the booking ad said there is a parking. When we arrived they told us there is no parking but you have to park in a public garage 8minutes walk from the hotel. The garage is very expensive. We complained at the counter, they said “ we have asked booking.com many times to remove that there is a parking but they haven’t, not our fault”. We booked this hotel mainly for the parking possibility ( when parking is not in price included-hotel is very expensive) - breakfast is very very basic, the exact same every day, very dry. We regretted including it. We enjoyed our short stay, but those two things could be better, especially for the price you pay.

We stayed at Zoku Paris for over six weeks, and it genuinely felt like a home away from home. The space is brilliantly designed — modern, thoughtful, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. From a well-set-up kitchen in the room to cosy evening music at the restaurant, great food and drinks, and a peaceful co-working area, everything is built for comfort and convenience. The gym and laundry setup are extremely easy to use and fully digital, which made daily routines effortless. The best part, though, is the team. Every interaction was warm and helpful, and a special mention goes to Anne-Cécile and Özgür. They went above and beyond, not just during the stay but also in guiding us around Paris — from local areas to shopping and restaurants — with the warmth of family. Highly recommend Zoku Paris for anyone looking for a long or short stay that blends comfort, convenience, and a truly welcoming community.

Review for Zoku: Zoku is a really nice place — great atmosphere and a perfect spot to work or relax. The food is excellent, but what truly makes it special are the people who work there. A big thank you to the whole team, and especially to Dasha — she’s like sunshine in this place: super nice, attentive, and always makes you feel welcome.

Zoku Paris is perfectly located right by the metro, making it so easy to explore the city. My studio was spotless, stylish, and felt like my own cozy apartment. The rooftop and social spaces are beautiful, and the food, coffee, and drinks are excellent. But the true highlight is the staff — warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. They made me feel truly at home. I’ll definitely be back!

We stayed at this hotel for 9 days and 8 nights and were extremely satisfied with our experience. Our room was very spacious, especially by Paris standards and for this price range, which made our long stay much more comfortable. The staff were consistently kind and went out of their way to help whenever we needed assistance. Check-in and check-out were exceptionally fast, and even the elevators were quick and efficient, so we never had to wait. The in-room kitchen and utensils were very well equipped, allowing us to try different products from nearby markets, something we really enjoyed. Storage space was plentiful; we could easily unpack and organize all our belongings. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room pleasantly cool, and the Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable throughout our stay. Housekeeping works differently from most hotels: it is not performed daily by default, but it’s free of charge if you request it at least one day in advance. This suited us well, and everything remained clean and tidy. The bathroom was also well designed and functional. The only small note is that the hotel’s shampoo is rather mild, so bringing your own might be a good idea. The hotel was extremely close to the metro, and we could easily reach everywhere we wanted using it. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable, but we did not consider this a major drawback. Overall, our stay was excellent. If we return to Paris, we would definitely choose this hotel again.

We had a great stay at Zoku. It was the days when everyday was proper hot and sunny but the hotel is fully air conditioned so it was perfect. My husband and I stayed for 2 nights in a movie room. Very spacious and cozy. Perfect for 2 nights. Then we continued our journey and stayed one more night in a loft room before heading home the next day. Still fine but smaller space of course. You have everything you need so no complaints for one night. They have locker rooms that guests can leave their cases/belongings for free of charge for as long as you like (I think), then go and collect it, drop the key at the reception after. There are toilets and shower room where the locker rooms are, so very convenient. We left our big case for a few days and picked up on our return. Very friendly staff members, great rooftop bar and enjoyed breakfast too. There is a metro close by across the road from the hotel. Line 13 and 14 available. Overall, would stay there again.
