Zoku Vienna (Vienna, Austria) 4 Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"The original Zoku, in Amsterdam, is a clever, compact, efficient little boutique hotel, and a stylish and livable one at the same time. In some ways it seemed so perfectly Dutch as to be possible only in Amsterdam; as the phrase Zoku Vienna reveals, though, this is decidedly not the case. It’s an apartment hotel, but not in the dull, beige, under-decorated way. Instead, its lofts, through some kind of advanced spatial wizardry, pack a whole residence’s worth of comforts into a hotel-room-sized area, including a living room, a kitchen, a dining table, and office space — provided your work is the sort of low-impact, laptop-centered work that’s the norm for today’s young creative class." - Tablet Hotels

I stayed here as a solo traveller. It's a great place. Rooms are well equipped. Bed was very comfortable. Staff are all amazing. Very helpful. I would highly recommend the breakfast. Location is good. Right next to Prater gardens. It's fun to watch the rollercoaster. Couple of stops to Innere Stadt. The only thing was the top floor area is always busy. Difficult to find a space to sit and work post 9am. Apart from that I'm very keen to visit another Zoku. Or this one again!

Great hotel for single travellers or couples. The loft beds are fun and super comfortable. It is also very well equipped and if you manage to get a room with balcony, it is great place to sit in the summer. What I appreciate highly is awesome cosmetic products available here. The shampoo and shower gel are very high quality and smell sooo nice. Location is also superb. Recommended for sure.

A great hotel with a different concept than any other I've been to. Everything is well thought out, and everything is so simple. Starting with the automated check-in and check-out, through the locker room where you can leave your suitcases after leaving the room, to bicycles for guests and many other amenities that make guests' stay easier. The rooms (lofts) are incredibly functional (compliments to the designer) with plenty of amenities. There is a kitchenette with a coffee machine, a microwave, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. Sound insulation is perfect, so you don't have to worry about noise if you choose a room with a view of the 'Prater' amusement park. We had a room on the opposite side, with a balcony and a swing :) No sounds from the outside whatsoever, although there was a club just next to the hotel, playing loud music till late in the evening. There is a room on the floor where you can take extra blankets, dishes, anything of disposable materials for the bathroom or kitchen. There are cafes, restaurants and a supermarket within a few hundred meters, and the metro station is a three-minute walk from the hotel. The absolute highlight is the terrace on the 7th floor with a fantastic view. The food is of exceptional quality, and the atmosphere is a unique mix of living room, office, cafe and restaurant. The staff is very friendly and kind, relaxed, but always eager to help you. They made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely come back, no doubts.

Loved our stay here! The location was perfect — just outside the busy city crowds but still super easy to get to everything. The subway is only a block away, so getting around was a breeze. Our room was huge, spotless, and had everything we needed. The best part? The amazing water pressure in the shower and the super comfy bed — seriously, one of the best sleeps we’ve had in a while! We also had a little kitchenette and a balcony, which were great extras. The view from the 7th floor overlooked the nearby carnival, and it was absolutely beautiful at night. Overall, such a great stay — we’d definitely come back!

We stayed here for four days and we’re very impressed with the cleanliness friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Love the breakfast and the bar and dinner as well. The view overlooking the amusement park was great. We sat out and had a drink on the amazing deck of the amusement park and all the views of the city the early check-in with ability to leave your suitcases and shower on arrival and departure was exceptional. More hotels should do this. We highly recommend this hotel.

Came to Zoku for the first time for a quick dinner on my own (on a business trip) and ended up staying quite some time just enjoying the atmosphere and the space. Had the nicest waitress- Lindsay- who was friendly, helpful, welcoming and kind! She gave me great recommendations and made the whole experience feel comfortable and like I was in a friend’s home. Felt so taken care of. Wish there were more Lindsay waitresses in the world!!|Loooved the mango coleslaw with my pork belly and the cheesecake was one of the best I’ve had in a very long time! Music was lovely, lighting was perfect, overall 10/10 experience. Would recommend for sure:) went home with a full tummy and a smile on my face. Whatever you’re doing here, you’re doing it right! Thank you!!!

Overall my boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Zoku Vienna. The staff were very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The place was very clean and well thought out. The rooftop terrace and lobby were chique and beautiful! Literally 2 minutes walking distance from the Prater, and 3 minute walk to station it was a very convenient place to stay. Considering we could touch see the roller coasters going by our window, with the windows closed it was quiet! The room space is small, but everything seemed intentional and well placed. There was everything you pretty much could need in a kitchenette, the bathrooms were nice as well. The breakfast was ~€20 a person but worth! Delicious and lots of options! The only con for us was that the beds weren’t the most comfortable to sleep in and our AC wasn’t working or was really weak (luckily there was nice airflow). So overall: Pros: So many! Lovely staff, clean, good views, convenient location, bike rentals, great Cons: Small rooms, ac not working* (for us), bed uncomfortable (I say 4 stars for room but my boyfriend said 3) Overall I would recommend this place for couples, small families or solos and would definitely book with Zoku again at other locations!

A truly wonderful stay at Zoku Vienna! I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Zoku Vienna. The atmosphere is modern yet cozy, and the service was exceptionally kind and helpful — every request was handled with care and a smile. Everything I needed during my vacation was right there, thoughtfully provided. I especially loved the hotel’s sustainability concept — it really shows in every detail, from the design to the daily experience. Thank you to the Zoku team for creating such a warm and inspiring place to stay. I’ll definitely be happy to return!
