"The original Zoku, in Amsterdam, is a clever, compact, efficient little boutique hotel, and a stylish and livable one at the same time. In some ways it seemed so perfectly Dutch as to be possible only in Amsterdam; as the phrase Zoku Vienna reveals, though, this is decidedly not the case. Great hotel for single travellers or couples. The loft beds are fun and super comfortable. It is also very well equipped and if you manage to get a room with balcony, it is great place to sit in the summer. What I appreciate highly is awesome cosmetic products available here. The shampoo and shower gel are very high quality and smell sooo nice. Location is also superb. Recommended for sure.

A truly wonderful stay at Zoku Vienna! I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Zoku Vienna. The atmosphere is modern yet cozy, and the service was exceptionally kind and helpful — every request was handled with care and a smile. Everything I needed during my vacation was right there, thoughtfully provided. I especially loved the hotel’s sustainability concept — it really shows in every detail, from the design to the daily experience. Thank you to the Zoku team for creating such a warm and inspiring place to stay. I’ll definitely be happy to return!

Overall my boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Zoku Vienna. The staff were very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The place was very clean and well thought out. The rooftop terrace and lobby were chique and beautiful! Literally 2 minutes walking distance from the Prater, and 3 minute walk to station it was a very convenient place to stay. Considering we could touch see the roller coasters going by our window, with the windows closed it was quiet! The room space is small, but everything seemed intentional and well placed. There was everything you pretty much could need in a kitchenette, the bathrooms were nice as well. The breakfast was ~€20 a person but worth! Delicious and lots of options!The only con for us was that the beds weren’t the most comfortable to sleep in and our AC wasn’t working or was really weak (luckily there was nice airflow). So overall: Pros: So many! Lovely staff, clean, good views, convenient location, bike rentals, great Cons: Small rooms, ac not working* (for us), bed uncomfortable (I say 4 stars for room but my boyfriend said 3) Overall I would recommend this place for couples, small families or solos and would definitely book with Zoku again at other locations!

This is a very nice ecofriendly hotel just north of Prater (Vienna Amusement Park), near the Messe Prater U-bahn station and the Wein Praterstern Station (has both U-Bahn and larger S-bahn trains – the S-7 goes to the airport). The staff is very nice, helpful and professional. Very clean. Ikea type of furnishing. There’s a large closet space to store your luggage and many clean cupboards to store your clothes. The loft bed stairway pulls out from the wall and it might be a bit precarious for very elderly people who do not have good balance. The room price is a super good deal in a major city with a great location for a nice modern clean room. The closest U-bahn is Messe Prater. To find it you go straight out the front door of Zoku to a small path across the street – the station is super close. They offer room service – upon request, but we actually prefer not to use it. There’s a pantry on every floor where you can get fresh towels and empty the trash yourself. They offer a buffet breakfast for 23 euro per person, but there are plenty of breakfast options in the nearby famous city cafes. Also, right next door at Superbude they have ala carte breakfast options. Overall, a great place to visit Vienna!

We had a weeklong seminar, very good breakfast and lunch, nice servicepersonnel. Modern look and feel everywhere - only the event space is a little small a noisy, the great view over the city compensates. Not the cheapest…

Amazing find! While it seems like it is far from town, and a bit crazy to be located beside roller coasters and amusement rides, this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. |The loft style rooms are equipped with everything you need to work play and rear. Easy accessible via metros stops, close to markets, uni and business park, the hotel also has a rooftop community workspace and balcony to die for if you are an amusement park enthusiast. If you don’t like noise request a room with odd numbers. I’ll be back.

Zoku Vienna is an amazing hotel to stay, very close to Praterstern. Their staff is the kindest and the most helpful since they answered all our questions with a smile. The breakfast is delicious and worth its money, which is served on the 7th floor, where you can eat along with your pet, since it is a pet friendly hotel. The 7th floor is actually great, with a positive vibe and pleasant view. Our hotel room is really functional and has everything you need, including scissors, hairdryer etc. It is overall clean, tidied and has an amazing view with the lights of Praterstern. The hotel is also very close to the U (underground train). It is a great option for all, including families and youth.

Thoughtful, compact, and cute layout. Had balcony, as well. Across from amusement park but quiet even so. Very clean. Very close to metro. Breakfast was truly delicious and varied. Small but decently equipped gym. Laundrette available. Staff were helpful and friendly. Check in and out were very easy. The best boutique hotel we've stayed at.
