Zoku Vienna

Our stay at the Zoku loft was exceptional! The apartment is beautifully designed – modern, cozy, and highly functional, making it a perfect place to stay. It's fully equipped with everything you might need during your visit, from the kitchen to thoughtful everyday essentials. The view from the window was spectacular, overlooking a rollercoaster, which added a special charm to the experience. The staff were extremely friendly and professional – the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. A major plus was the on-site garage, which allowed us to leave our car safely and explore the city using public transport. The U-Bahn station is just a few minutes walk away, so getting to the city center was quick and convenient. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, modern, and well-located place to stay!

We don't usually unpack on trips and just live off of the suitcase. Not in Zoku! The place feels so homelike, clean, warm and welcoming that we immediately relaxed. You can cook yourself if you want, or there is a lovely kitchen upstairs. The terrace place is just wonderful. You can spend a full day without getting bored, meet new people, enjoy the scenery and simply charge your batteries. Every little detail is maticulously thought of and every little one adds to the vibe. Location was great near Prater. 5 minute walk to U2. You can also hire bikes provided by the hotel. Noise from the park was not an issue for us we didn't hear it as much when we sleep but if you are sensitive maybe request you room from the further side. All in all wonderful experience. Hopefully we will be back sometime in the future. We are inspired from the decoration and will use some ideas in our spaces!

Probably the nicest hotel we've stayed in - amazing chill vibes, loft was clean and had everything we needed. A family of four (4y, 10m) slept in the king sized bed comfortably. Delicious breakfast with plenty of options so it's well worth the price. Already noted to stay at other Zoku hotels when we travel around.

In a word, Care. Every detail at Zoku Vienna has been thought through. The unique apartment like designs of the rooms make you feel as though you have so much more than a bed for the night. Arrival at the 7th floor space is spectacular- vibrant, engaging, and full of potential. Highly recommend including breakfast in your stay because of the variety, the freshness and it’s such a beautiful space in which to start your day. Well done all. Perfect.

Had great food and good drinks at the restaurant. Our server Dora went out of her way to make us feel welcome, and took great care of us! Very nice rooftop location, and cool to sit right next to the cooks and seeing your own food prepared. Which by the way was not only good but very fast.

Bed was the most comfortable I’ve slept in for a very long time.|Great location- only a 5 min walk to station. |Quiet even though there is an amusement park close by.|Well stocked with cooking utensils, extra sheets/ towels/ pillows that you can help yourself to.|I loved the fact you can swap your artwork in the room- each floor has a shelf where you can swap out pictures to make your loft personal.|I would not hesitate to return and hoping to visit other places in Copenhagen and Amsterdam.

We had a really nice experience here! The atmosphere was great, the cocktails were delicious, and the staff were excellent throughout the evening. Special thanks to Cato – super friendly and professional, and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend this place for a relaxed and enjoyable night out. Looking forward to coming back!

Zoku Vienna is an outstanding place in every aspect. The Lofts are clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is incredibly friendly and cheerful, always ready to help with a smile. One of the highlights is definitely the rooftop area, where you can enjoy breakfast or lunch with a stunning panoramic view of the city. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming—perfect for starting your day or taking a pleasant break. Another great feature is the Locker Room, which you can use both before check-in and after check-out. It offers a secure space to store your luggage, along with access to a bathroom and even a shower—super convenient if you arrive early or leave late. I highly recommend Zoku to anyone looking for a modern, well-managed stay with great food. A true gem in Vienna!
