I’ve been using different meal delivery companies for many years, and I started with Zone Healthy a few months ago. After trying various other services, I decided to come back to Zone Healthy — and I’m so glad I did! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared, and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. Hello! I dont usually write reviews, but I have been ordering from this company for a few months now and I have noticed a big difference in my health so thought I would share! I have tried a bunch of other food delivery services before I came across Zone Healthy. I noticed how fresh this food is and the quality is so much better. My body has changed! I dont feel lazy anymore, or drowsy, and noticed my sleep has gotten better. I struggle cooking healthy meals and staying on top of it so having them deliver these meals to me and being able to pick my dietary restrictions has made this the best decision of my life. As a foodie, if your looking into a meal plan type service I highly recommend going with this company!

Been a customer of Zone Healthy for over a year now and have recommended them to countless friends and family. I was very pleased to be able to customize it exactly how I want. It tastes gourmet and it so convenient. The food gets delivered to me every night and all I have to do is empty it out and leave the bag. It saves me so much time and hassle on what healthy meals I can eat. I love this place I would definitely recommend. The customer service is also amazing they are always so kind when I call.

I have been using Zone Healthy since September and it is absolutely fantastic. There has never been a single problem with the deliveries nor the food. The food itself is delicious and menus are very creative and diverse. I have rarely had the same meal within these past months. Rudy and his team keep revamping the menu and incorporate amazing, fresh ingredients. I work out four times a week and its more than enough food to keep me going throughout the whole day and into the gym. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I read all the positive reviews, then ordered a 7-day trial of the Healthy Nutrition option. 3 meals a day, starting at “$41.95 + delivery**” (the asterisks were never explained tho I assumed they meant commensurate to delivery distance). Since I live super close (North Hollywood), I figured it would be minimal, it wound up being an additional $8/day, which, as you can imagine, does add up. Within the first 2 days, I received 2 pork chop meals after specifically opting out of pork. They allow you a maximum of 5 opt-outs for allergies or preference, after which they charge you for each additional one, so I stuck to the 5 free ones. Turns out “pork” and “pork chop” are two categories (because pork chops NOT made from pork are a thing I guess?), and I only opted out of pork in general, silly me. The rest of the food was too salty to eat. There was cross contamination (a blob of one food in another’s container). Needless to say it was not appetizing. So I cancelled my plan after day 2. I hate to see food go to waste, no matter how bad. I was given a whole song and dance about rules and terms, which I still have not found on their website, certainly did not see it when placing my order, and they made me pay for 2 additional days before I could cancel. Then nickeled and dimed me on the remaining refund which I got only after several email follow-ups. Cost me $277.08 for essentially 2 days worth of 3-meal food of which I could realistically only eat the breakfasts. Yeah, expensive lesson learned. Update: Upon reading my review, Rudy Ordubegian emailed me, assuming from my married last name that I too am Armenian, appealing to our assumed shared heritage to remove my review and "willing to discuss this further and work towards making things right". The tone of the rest of the email being a little on the aggressive side and besides that, the review being entirely accurate, I refused to rescind it. She then emailed me back with the following threat: "Just spoke with my attorney, if this false review is not removed by 5 pm today expect a lawsuit for false or defamatory statements." I feel this update up is part of the experience of doing business with this company so I've updated my review to include it. Make of all of this what you will. Peace out.

I highly recommend Zone Healthy meal delivery. Th customer service is excellent you call and make changes to orders very easily. Food delivery time are very constant, and prices are reasonable. Most importantly is the quality of the food and its very constant and delicious.

If you are looking for a nutritious and DELICIOUS way to feed yourself, I highly recommend using Zone Healthy! My experience with them has been for 5 plus years (since 2017) and I have lost almost 160 pounds and have kept it off with their keto menu. If you think that the meals will be pre-manufactured and disgusting, you would be wrong, and you'll be blown away by the quality of their food! I feel like I have my own personal chef that uses their culinary artistry to give me a menu that I could only dream of... If you try Zone Heathy, be prepared to be amazed all around...! Week 3 of my meal plan with Zone Healthy and it's been great overall. Very convenient to customize your plan (including dietary restrictions) and setting up delivery days. I also like I can renew the plan online and block out certain days for delivery if I'm out of town. Surprised at how much weight I've lost already sticking to the plan. Pros: 1. Food is mostly good considering it's a delivery service. Favorites so far have been the breakfast items. 2. I was worried the amount of food wouldn't be enough but it's quite satisfying. 3. Diverse food options that I wouldn't have tried otherwise Cons: 1. Reheating instructions aren't that great but use common sense and you'll be fine. I found certain things to be better when using a toaster oven to reheat. 2. Delivery times are sporadic. Some times the food is delivered at 8PM and other times it's at 2AM. Not a big deal but sometimes I try to grab the food before heading to bed.

Hi Zone Healthy, My husband and I just want to really give our compliments to the chef!  The food has been nothing short of amazing!  The short ribs last night,  the Shakshuka this morning, the spinach and almond pancakes, the little keto brownie last night and keto chocolate cake a couple weeks ago - these are all off-the-charts delicious - we are loving it - and the shrimp for tonight looks amazing too! Everything  continues to be great. The deliveries have been spot-on accurate, your customer service is awesome. I am always amazed and impressed when a small business has made it through the pandemic and continues to do business in such an excellent way. Grateful for you guys! There's no reason to NOT love Fairway. The people who work there, including the manager Juan, are helpful and kind. I lived inIdyllwild for 7 years and I still go up there each Thursday from Aguanga. Great folks and an ample selection of food.

My wife and I love the food and service. We originally did Zone Healthy almost 4 years ago which helped me lose 60 pounds by eating healthy without the carbs and sugars. The food is fresh, not processed, not frozen. After a month, our bodies feel clean and we couldn't, wouldn't want to eat anything processed. We are currently doing it again, as I gained 25 pounds after 2 years of two total knee replacements and spinal fusion to repair some old sports injuries that finally caught up to me and my daily life. It was many years ago that I used Zone's delivery service, but I see that the service still operates the way it did then, and I would love to finally get to review them, as they played an important part of my life then. I learned that I had a brain tumor that had to be surgically removed, and I had only two days to get my affairs in order. As a single woman happily living with only my beloved fur-child, I needed to plan for my meals during my recovery at home when I wouldn't be allowed to drive. That task was difficult for a number of reasons. Somehow (maybe a commercial I had seen?), I thought of having my meals delivered. I phoned Zone, and the plan sounded perfect for my needs. I wouldn't have to cook or even clean anything. The food would be fresh and healthful, which was important for my recovery. And, it could be canceled if I couldn't come home. Maybe that sounds morbid, but these are simply practical matters in such a situation, and I was relieved to have solved that issue and actually looked forward to being pampered in such a way. I did come home, as I was doing astonishingly well. Still, it takes time for some of the weird after-effects of messing with a brain to go away, so it was awesome that early each morning, my freshly-prepared meals for the day arrived on my doorstep. All I had to do was put the food in my refrigerator, then take out a meal when I was ready for it. Some needed to be heated in the microwave for a couple of minutes, and that's it. The food was delicious! What a treat! And it was satisfying! I was never left hungry. It was the next best thing to having a personal chef.

EXCELLENT COMPANY!!!! Rudy is such sweet, kind, patient man. The customer service is absolutely amazing. Ok and then there is the food....WOW. If I could only eat this 5 days a week, or every day, I absolutely would. It is clean, well made food and you can tell it is high quality. Unlike other meal delivery services, even the other "high end" ones, Zone's chicken, fish, meat taste like true organice high quality meat. My body felt great and like it was getting the proper fuel when I was eating this food. Thank you Zone!

I'm only 2 days in and I'm already writing a 5-star review! (I do reserve the right to edit, but if these two days are any indication, I won't need to!). First, the food is delicious. Seriously. Not just good for a meal delivery service - but so good I was really disappointed after my first dinner meal that I likely wasn't going to see it in rotation for a while and wish I could order it in a restaurant. The food is fresh, healthy, delicious, portions feel like I'm actually eating a whole meal - yes it's expensive, but I don't have to buy anything else and lord knows I've been spending way too much eating out anyway! Now for the customer service - they have been wonderful. Responsive, thorough, great solutions - so far, I'm 100% in (and I've tried many meal delivery services and Zone Healthy blows them all away).

I've tried a lot of meal delivery services and this is the first time I've ever written a review. Zone Healthy is fantastic. The food is excellent, the menu extensive. One of the gripes I've had with other services is seeing the same meals over and over and getting bored. That hasn't happened here at all. And the customer service is first rate. This meal delivery program is fantastic. The ingredients are nutritious and fresh, but beyond that, the food is delicious. They offer several meal plans, keto, Gluten-free, Paleo, Vegan, pescatarian and a few more, all customized for any food allergies and or food dislikes. The menu is diverse and creative. The delivery is wonderful. The food is delivered at night, and I get notified by text from the time my meals leave the kitchen to the time it's delivered., so that in the morning before 6 AM your meals for the day have arrived in an insulated bag with a typed menu of what you'll be enjoying today. Zone Healthy has its all--great food, great service, and extremely convenient.

So far this is the best meal delivery service I have tried. It's easy, delicious, and healthy. I have to say I am absolutely loving it. I'm currently going into my second month of their Gluten-Free program and I'm extremely happy with the results. They also offer options to switch between plans without a hassle. Staying healthy, while eating fresh and fantastic food, what more can someone ask for!

Look no further. If your main priority is physical results, Zone Healthy wins first prize. I'm in the third week of their Keto program (it's working), and I'm signing up for another month. Making a significant monetary investment in our personal health/ fitness goals can be scary. Expectations are so high, and the outcome isn't guaranteed. That's why I finally returned to Zone Healthy (After trying three other trendy delivery services first). I knew the Zone would work because I'd used it over ten years ago to successfully drop college weight. It's evolved since then, and I'm really glad I took Rudy's advice to try the Keto program. In my second week I began to see a difference. (And It was my third month on meal delivery- so clearly there was something wrong with the last one).

These are the best tasting meals I have had compared to 3 other meal service programs I have used. Portions are above average and variety of meals is excellent.

I happen to learn about ZH through friends. I saw the coolers at their house and asked about them. They told me it was a meal service and that they had lost a lot of weight. I asked them for details and they told me all about it. I tried it and have lost 15 pounds. I would say it's convenient, delicious, and somewhat expensive but after all the benefits, I would say it's priced right.

"I LOVE THIS PROGRAM" This is not cafeteria type foods, Foods are made as if you were a guest "dining-in" at a fine dining establishment."Totally Gourmet not DIET FOOD" I got the first 2 weeks as a Birthday Gift & I have been on the program since the middle of January & I have dropped 33lbs. What has really caught my eye & Turned me & my Tummy ON is the fabulous produce that Zone uses. Always is fresh and crisp, none of the produce is wilted or old. I want to drop 17 more pounds so I will stay on the program till the end of May. Thank you Zone & Keep up the great work!

The food is a definite 5 out of 5. I love love zone healthy. Also, the staff is nothing but super friendly and helpful. I recently changed my paleo to a ketosis diet and the staff was nothing but helpful in accommodating me and learning my dislikes, likes, and preferences. Do not think twice in trying Zone because you'll be very pleased.

Excellent food. Just wish it wasn't so expensive, but I understand why. You get it fresh delivered daily. I used the Zone once before to lose ten pounds and did successfully. My only disappointment is not being able to review nutritional information so see the macros.

I've ordered from Zone Healthy several times over the years. The first time was due to an illness. I was very sick and couldn't get out and had been having carb-heavy local restaurant food delivered. A friend convinced me to invest in healthy food delivery. It was a big expense for me but within two weeks I was back on my feet again. Also, I'm one of those obnoxiously picky people - gluten free, don't like peppers, lots of food sensitivities - Zone Healthy has always accommodated my requests with friendliness and efficiency. Having years of experience with this company, I highly recommend them.

Too many non refundable crap. Too many phone calls. Too much to do what other delivery services are doing without all the drama... Unless of course the food is insane in which i will come back and revise my review $50 for a "cooler" to keep my food fresh?? For that price i can have a hooker deliver my food naked and keep it on ice...

I tried this for 2 days( and then got a 3rd for free) with a Living Social. Here is my experience: I requested no red meat, no salmon, no albacore tuna, no brussel sprouts and no eggplant. You're only allowed to have 5 exclusions or you need to pay extra. I hate raw tomatoes and I figured I could just remove them from salads. I didn't expect to have a full salad with tomatoes. I ended up just eating the jicama from that and tossing out the tomatoes. Breakfast 1.Denver omelet( no meat) strawberries 2. egg white frittata with Ham & cheese cantaloupe and berries. 3. hard cooked egg, banana muffin, cottage cheese and fruit( watermelon, a few blackberries and strawberries) Lunch 1. salad with 3 large cooked shrimp, avocado, beets, cashews, dried cranberries and avocado 2. lasagna( meat substitute), broccoli 3. mixed green salad, shrimp quesadilla Dinner 1. fish with a mediteranian sauce, asparagus 2. fish with another red type sauce. carrots, squash and zuchini 3. turkey with mashed potatoes and brocoli Snacks 1.Beet salad with goat cheese 2. honeydew wrapped with proscuito 3. tomato and jicama salad Dessert 1. small slice of layer cake 2, 2 cookies 3. lemon cheesecake bar Pros The fruit was really tasty and fresh. I loved that they used organic whenever possible. I ended up consuming more fruit in 3 days than I would have, because it was all cut up for me. The fish was cooked perfectly as was the hard cooked egg and the veggies. I loved the onion salad dressing on the mixed green salad Cons The salads were soggy by the time I could eat them. The quesadilla was thrown on top of the salad and it was really soggy. I ended up pulling out the filling and using my own low-carb tortilla to remake the quesadilla. The avocado was brown on the one salad and the nuts were soggy. I recommend packing the nuts separately and the quesadilla. The cookies were stale too. The greens under the beet salad were really soggy as well. The cheddar cheese was too greasy in the quesadilla. recommend using a low-fat cheese. I hated the turkey too. It had a very weird texture. I know the zone diet is 40, 30, 30, but I would have liked to see nutritional info. I did lose 5lbs the week I ate the food. It was enough food for me and I wasn't hungry. If it was a bit less expensive, I'd do it again. There was some talk about me living too far away and them not wanting to deliver. Not sure what that's about, since they do advertise that they serve all of LA county. Customer service was good and they gave me a free day of food because of some of the issues I had with the salads and me thinking they gave me ground beef.

I'm very happy with Zone Healthy. I was in the market for a meal prep/delivery service that supported the HCG diet. The only one I found was located in LA and luckily they deliver to OC. HCG is super strict, so I was very reluctant to leave the food prep in someone else's hands. Zone Healthy is very knowledge of the guidelines for this specific diet as evident by the information on their website and from the owner, Rudy. He has been on this diet, so he has firsthand knowledge of all the protocols required (big plus!). Zone Healthy does a great job with the food as well. Since this diet is very strict it's tough to make the food palatable sometimes, but Zone Healthy is able to do so with no problems. I get a wide variety of dishes as part of the program and I'm satisfied after eating my meals. The meals are always fresh and get delivered daily to my home. I'm also impressed by the food delivery bag that is left on my doorstep. It's very thick and has lots of insulation. They include adequate amount of ice packs in the bag to maintain the food at the proper temperature. They also use zip ties to lock the bag in case there are any wandering animals in the neighborhood on the lookout for scraps.. but I have no worries about that since the ice packs maintain the food at proper temperature so there is no wandering food smell. The bag also contains a daily menu with instructions about the specific program as well as instructions for exchanging the bag for the next meal delivery. Another nice feature of Zone Healthy is the website.. you can see details about your program, number of meals left, delivery dates, etc.. the site also allows you to temporarily 'stop' a delivery day, if needed. And if you have any questions that require conversation, Rudy and his colleagues are excellent about answering your questions and accommodating requests within the program guidelines.

This is the best food delivery Service out there. Whatever your Goals are the meals will leave you Satisfied. I tried different delivery Service companies but this One I liked the best. I went With the vegetarian choice:) cant go wrong here! So yummy:) My favorite was the Ricotta pancakes.

What can I say? The food is fabulous. I'm down 34 pounds since January 2016, It is such a joy to be greeted with really great food by the tim e I get home. Customer service is spot on and the quality of the food is remarkable. I've tried other home food delivery programs, the ones with all the bells & whistles , celebrity reviews, etc... but Zone Healthy beats them on every level: price, taste, variety and being able to customize your meals by adding your dislikes. I would highly recommend Zone Healthy.

I'm a total foodie so dieting is terrible. And I work long hours at my job, which makes it impossible to get on any sort of a schedule. Some co-workers told me they lost weight and got healthy on a weight loss meal service, so I went with Zone because it had the best reviews. So happy I chose this one! The food is actually very well prepared and tastes great! And after two weeks, I've lost a ton of weight without any of the suffering that goes with dieting. Once your body adjusts the portion sizes, you don't feel compelled to cheat and it's really easy to stick with it...especially when the meals are this good. Well worth it if you're looking to lose some pounds!

I have tried various home delivery food services and found this one to provide the tastiest and most creative meals. I had a coupon and used it. I am quite impressed. The food was cooked perfectly;i just had to reheat it and did). I am not prepared to subscribe to the service at this time (for a variety of reasons)but i would recommend it to anyone who wanted to try this kind of service. I've been using Zone Healthy since May 2011. Their personal attention, food choices and especially their willingness to accommodate all my requests have made me a loyal customer! I originally started their service to get on a healthy eating regimen but have remained because I really enjoy the food. I love the flexability to pause service for travel, social events or whatever with a few clicks of my mouse. The service is excellent and more important, consistent. I find Zone Healthy the absolute Best Value in home delivery service! I can be a "difficult" customer but they have won me over :)

My mother started Zone Healthy 3 days ago and for someone who is into healthy way of eating and very particular she has been loving the meals. Every day I ask her how she's doing and for someone who is 87 years young, didn't want to cook or shop for herself any more she is in 7th heaven.

I lost 34 lbs so far. Food is great, everyday something different. Service is excellent. They put lunch box outside of my door daily. I am saving a lot of time on grocery shopping and cooking. And, time is the money.

I love this program!! I'm 19 and have struggled with weight loss and Maintaining a healthy diet my entire life. I've tried other diet programs and nothing has come close to the consistency zone healthy provided for me. They coordinated the perfect meal plans with me so I was ACTUALLY ENJOYING what I was receiving everyday. The weight loss was unbelievable I strongly recommend them, they're amazing

I have tried a ton of different food services. My first day my chicken was rubber, actually not edible. The second day I did not receive the dessert and I got a sloppy joe that did not specify what kind of meat. Since I do not eat red meat, I did not eat this. First I emailed then when I called to ask about the missing dessert and Rudy was actually the rudest person I have ever spoken to in customer service. He said my emails disappeared and were purged from his inbox. Then, he was mocking me, laughing, and asking what I what him to do about it, told me I was uncooperative and this was all personal opinion. Both my chicken being able to bounce and a missing desert are actually facts. He wasn't worth dealing with so I got off the phone and will not be using them again. Do NOT recommend. I also have never felt strongly enough to post a negative review until this point.

Warning dangerous place! When we called and talked to Rudy, he was very friendly, he answer yes for all our questions including that we could cancel our contract on the first day if the food was not to our liking. The first day the food was very unpleasant taste and not according to our requirements so we immediately call to Rudy who had a bad and rude reaction. than decide be recorded in writing so we sent an email which by no response sent a second email that same day. To our surprise they sent the second day of food and although we did not want to receive they left on the counter and the same history in the third day. We have sent several emails and Rudy just says things that are lies and even send us to read a contract we never saw before nor we knew of its existence. We have asked for 5 days this program hopefully not come to us the other two days left, they deign to withdraw its containers that are sealed with full meals and refund our money. Be Carefully the food is bad, you will not receive what you have solicitd, will not have who you of an appropriate answer and your money will be lost

I tried Zone Healthy for 3 months. I followed the diet without cheating once. The results....I gained 11 pounds. The food quality is fair at best. The food is greasy an not healthy at all but they give you such small portions they figure you will loose weight. Well it didn't work for me. I did try a different daily diet delivery after trying Zone Healthy and succeeded to loose 42 pounds. I will not mention the other company because I don't think that is fair practice but I will say the other plans food was much higher quality and the portions were a little bigger and a lot fresher. I would NOT recommend Zone Healthy to friends or family.

This was an awful experience. We were assured that we would receive individual attention. Not! We were repeatedly given foods we had requested not to have. Food was often past fresh date, especially salads. Overall the food was terrible. We have used a similar company in SF with good results. This company is a sham. After repeated calls to remedy the situation (which never helped) we canceled the service. Very rude response from their representatives. I have been using this service since March. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: -Customer service is great. They frequently follow up with me to determine if I am satisfied and are very receptive to my suggestions for improvement. Monica and Rudy are especially friendly and attentive. -Are open to working with me when it c omes to food preferences, method of preparation, weight loss goals, etc. I have even been allowed to make suggestions directly to the chef and he gave me his direct email in case I have further suggestions. - Food taste and quality is good - not great. I find a lot of the food on the heavy side and the portions a bit large. Overall, I would say Slenderzone's food is tastier, fresher. -Their web site is awesome - there's a calendar to register service interruptions that actually works and they send emails to let you know when you are running low on credits and need to renew the service. They don't automatically renew it which I appreciate (Slenderzone does this which I hate). -Consistent delivery - no problems here. - Food is well packaged and iced. - Clear and easy to understand invoicing (in contrast to Slenderzone) Cons: -As another reviewer mentioned, I did gain weight at first on this plan but I think my system just took time to get used to the diet. I have since lost some of it although I want to lose another 4 lbs. They are working with me to make that happen. - They are not very imaginative when it comes to preparing salads and vegetables. The salads are just lettuce with tomatoes and cucumbers, a real letdown after Slenderzone's delicious salads. Same for the vegetables - just steamed and tasteless, no fun at all.

I had been overweight for most of my life until I started the HCG Diet with help from a Dr. in Santa Monica. This diet requires a very low calorie diet (500 per day) so I felt that I needed to find a food delivery service that could help make the process easier as I thought there was no way I could survive on 500 calories per day! If something was sent I didn't care for the problem was fixed very quickly and I always had the power to change my menu. I was well over 300 lbs when I started the diet and I am 135 lbs today and running 75-90 miles per week while competing in marathons! I have been ordering from Zone Healthy for over 6 years. They keep me on a 1,200 per day diet plan and I look and feel great! The prices are very reasonable and the food quality is great. You get breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2 snacks per day. They also substitute food based on your preferences and allergies. If you want to lose weight and be healthy, I highly recommend Zone Healthy.

Recently, I joined zone healthy so I can start receiving cooked organic meals delivered fresh to my door every evening. Talk about be fresh!!! I"m currently receiving 21 meals per week, and I have yet to be even slightly disappointed by a single meal. I've ordered with different meal delivery services in the past, but zone healthy is the only company that will customize your dietary or allergen restrictions onto a DAILY ROTATING MENU. Did I mention all the seafood is wild caught and every protein is grass fed and raised free range. They are helping me stay healthy!

My boyfriend & I LOVE the food here ! We've been getting deliveries for a few weeks now and every meal has been very healthy and delicious! We are never bored with the food, it's always something new and creative. We opted for the vegan meals and they are simply amazing. We are very happy we signed up for this. It makes our lives easier to have food delivered and helps us to be out healthiest.

I've enjoyed the zone diet for the past 3 months. I really helps me since I'm not that good at planning my meals. They are very attentive to my requests. My sister just started on this diet plan last week as well.

I began the HCG Diet on May 3, 2014. Because my kitchen was in the middle of a remodel, I decided to sign up for ZoneHealthy to provide my very strict and specific diet. No fuss, no muss. When I called ZoneHealthy to inquire about getting food delivery for the HCG diet, Rudy answered my call. He told me had had done the HCG Diet with great results and described his experience. It really boosted my anticipation to begin. He signed me up for 30-days of delivery within minutes and I was set. The food began arriving on that Monday and despite the very limited food selection called for in the diet, the food was fresh, delicious and creative. Early on when there was a delivery with some food not allowed on the diet, I called and Monica answered. She promised to relay the information to the chef. It was immediately corrected and never happened again. One time I sent back my cooler with my drivers license in the front pocket (I had put in there for easy access when entering a studio lot and had forgotten I had put it there). I called first thing in the morning and Monica answered. She immediately went to the kitchen and found my returned cooler and found my license. She sent it back to me in the cooler of my next morning's delivery. Over and above... If you are looking for a food delivery service that actually delivers delicious food and great service, choose ZoneHealthy. This is a Five-Star service.

I started getting their food daily about a year ago, and it is excellent. As a single guy who does not like to shop or cook, having good food delivered to my door works. The people that run Zonehealthy are great. This is the first positive review that I have written on Yelp.

Thanks to one of the diet options at zone healthy I have lost a total of 100 pounds in less then 11 months. I learned how to eat and portion size from the food program. Whether you just want a short-term diet or would like long-term weight stabilization there are definitely options here that you can utilize.
