This hands down is the best Pakistani / Halal food i have tried here in States! The food couldn’t get more authentic, absolutely delicious. Words won’t do justice so anyone looking to try some authentic Pakistani cuisine, give this place a try and you will not be disappointed. The ambiance is super, warm and welcoming! The owners are great, really friendly and made sure that services provided were top notch! It has not been a month yet since they opened and i already been there twice, all the way from Tacoma! Highly recommended and will sure go back.

Really delicious halal food, every item we got was a hit. We got the pakora, chicken samosas, nihari, Lahori tawa chicken legs item(can’t remember the exact menu item title). Highly recommend all of them but my favorite was the Lahori tawa chicken legs dish

So i fell for the Iftar buffet ruse and requested a table for 2 adults and 2 kids under 4. Mind you it was a reservation request. They could have just told me they are full and that would have been fine. Instead they immediately approved the reservation and I was happy that I had a confirmed spot. I get there and find out they have me seated at the worst possible table with 2 small kids (see the picture). We couldn’t even sit together as a family. Our table was facing a wall and we would have to get up every time someone wanted to pass behind us. Again we had two small kids and I had informed them about it. And this is supposed to be an Iftar. In summary they overbooked. Food just ok. It was more salty than normal. It took them longer than usual to refill the empty dishes. So good luck to you if you want to give it a try

Zoq Cuisine did a wonderful job offering an iftar buffet at a great price. Seattle truly lacks quality halal buffet options, so this was such a refreshing experience for our community. Zoq Cuisine offered a wide variety of dishes, and everything felt thoughtfully prepared. I’ll be honest — the first time I tried their food, I wasn’t very impressed. However, it’s clear that the owner genuinely takes customer feedback seriously. This time around, the improvement was noticeable, and every dish we tried was delicious. It’s always encouraging to see a business actively listening and striving to improve. The buffet selection was generous, flavorful, and well worth the price. It’s rare to find such variety and quality combined in one place, especially for iftar. It’s a bit disappointing to see one star reviews. Running a restaurant is not easy, and growth takes time. Instead of tearing down small businesses, we should support hardworking local entrepreneurs especially members of our own community and help them thrive. Highly recommend checking them out and supporting a local Pakistani-owned business. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I was super excited to come across a Pakistani place with names that felt extremely similar to home and the nostalgia kicked in hard. We over ordered for two people so we could try more than 1 thing and I was kind of underwhelmed with the whole experience. The food is decent at best and pretty overpriced for what is served. Gol Gappay - The ratio of puris to pani served is extremely off, almost every table had more than half that glass leftover, which I’m assuming is thrown every time. The pani itself was pretty sweet I felt, with extra sweet chutney, which I think could be tangier. Paneer Karahi - Being a vegetarian, this was something I was most excited about. The half serving at $34.99 already felt overpriced but the what came of the dish, it felt undeserving. The masala was pretty raw and it felt more like a bunch of paneer cubes stir fried with raw onions, what seemed like canned tomatoes as they were so hard and peppers instead of a good cooked karahi what it should have been. Lahori Channey - Definitely the best thing we ordered which lived up to its name and taste. Naans - Roghni naan is different than the iconic one from back home but was a decent pass, garlic naan was as great as it could be. Would I come back? Probably for the channey only. It was a decent stop if you’re in the neighborhood but I probably wouldn’t drive around for as you aren’t missing out on much. At $80 for two vegetarian mains and an appetizer at a desi spot, I think the place can do better.

The most menu options ever seen, especially for a Pakistani restaurant. My wife went for a benchmark dish not on the menu - in an authentic Halwa Puri. I experimented with the Pakinese (Pakistani-Chinese) fried rice with chicken. Both were delicious. A classy and cosy place to spend time; family run. My favorite Pakistani restaurant.

From the moment I walked into Zoq Restaurant, I knew I was in for something special. The ambiance is elegant yet inviting, with a perfect blend of modern decor and cozy warmth. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just treating yourself, the atmosphere sets the stage for an incredible meal. The food was absolutely exceptional every dish was crafted with care, showcasing fresh, high-quality ingredients and bold, balanced flavors. The paya, pulao and Makhan malai boti were delicious not to mention the Lakshmi Chowk Karai was a revelation, and the halwa was the perfect sweet ending. The menu offers authentic Pakistani delicious dishes, making it a delight for food lovers. What truly elevated the experience was the impeccable service. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about ensuring a memorable dining experience. They went above and beyond to accommodate dietary preferences and offered excellent wine pairings. Zoe Restaurant is a must-visit gem whether for a romantic dinner, a gathering with friends, or a solo indulgence. I can’t wait to return! 10/10 recommend.

HALAL! New restaurant in Kirkland and it was really good; kardia chicken was flavorful; chicken haleem was amazing; papri chart was meh as the papari was not very good Definitely would again

Zooq Restaurant, Highly Recommended! We've visited Zooq several times now, and every experience has been consistently excellent. We've tried a wide variety of dishes: mutton karahi, chicken karahi, seekh kabab, Lahori nashta, nihari, paya, channey, biryani, and even their mango lassi, and everything has been delicious. The meat is always tender, the kebabs are juicy, and the flavors are rich and authentic no matter what we order. The ambience is warm and welcoming, and the host is incredibly friendly and makes you feel right at home. Overall, Zooq has become one of our favorite spots for flavorful, traditional Pakistani food. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great taste and great service!

Zoq is your quickest trip to Lahore! We were looking for good Indian/Pakistani varieties and came across Zoq. At time of my visit, Zoq was a newly opened restaurant and a fresh addition to downtown Kirkland. The newness is obvious with its sparkling interior and refreshing food. Comes to the food, their Naans are incredibly fresh, soft, and flavorful. The chapali kabab, Paya, and Hallem portions are generous and delicious--I enjoyed all of them! Their tandoori chai, Punjabi lassi, mint cooler, and kheer are not so great. Overall, the barbecue and naans are really tasty and satisfying. I would probably skip their drinks and desserts, but it's definitely worth a visit if you're craving good barbecue.

Tried the new ZOQ Cuisine in downtown Kirkland for their weekend brunch during their soft opening and it did not disappoint. They're serving a full-on traditional Lahori breakfast like Nihari, potatoes, and that classic savory lassi. The lassi was honestly amazing. I've gone to plenty of Pakistani spots just to try the lassi and theirs is one of the best I've had. It was packed (soft opening) so the food took a bit, but the staff were super nice and kept everything moving. Location is perfect in downtown Kirkland. Parking is street only and there's some construction around, so give yourself a few extra minutes. Love seeing authentic Pakistani food on the Eastside and it's 100% halal. Definitely recommend checking them out for a proper Lahori brunch!

Very authentic Lahori food! The meat was very tender and everything was made fresh. Had the right amount of spice and was very flavorful.

Food was decent. I would give 4 stars for the food but giving 3 stars for the transaction fee for credit card

My partner and I ordered the butter chicken, Shahi paneer, and naan. Beautifully prepared and presented by the cook himself! Incredibly delicious we both agreed! Very very happy with the food and the atmosphere is classy. The waitress was very nice and attentive. Couldn't be more glad we took a chance on this newly opened restaurant.
