Zori Timeless Hotel & Restaurant

I spent 1 week on the island and had the opportunity to be in every single restaurant of the island, there are only a few anyways. And I must say, this is the only one I would never return. They have a very curated menu that might work in theory, but in reality the whole experience , including the food was just not harmonious.

One of the best dining experiences of recent memory. And I live in New York. Every course of the tasting menu was rich with flavor and texture. Much better than some of the Mich-star restaurants I’ve been to. And Martin was a charming ambassador for the afternoon. Standout dishes were: - Cabbage leaf taco - Strawberry gazpacho - Tuna tartar - Scampi risotto - and the amazing avocado dessert We will be back!

We ate at the restaurant and it was one of the best dinners ever! Great food, great service, great prices but every penny worth. Can’t say anything about the hotel but if the service is as great as the restaurant sure it is perfect.

My family of four had a wonderful, dream-like stay at Zori Timeless Resort in July. The villas are every bit as beautiful as they appear in the website photos, and the hotel feels similar to an Aman resort - very serene, very private. Zori’s family suite (Infinity) was booked for part of our visit, so we stayed in Eternity and Cloud instead. Both residences have lovely, shaded terraces perched just above the beautiful little cove on which Zori sits. Cloud’s rooftop pool is barely to believed - it is so indulgent to lounge by, or dip in the pool while overlooking the cove. I almost pitied the people “stuck” on the luxury yachts moored in the cove, many of whom would come in at night to dine at the Zori restaurant - their accommodations seemed so cramped, so… un-peaceful! The staff at Zori is extraordinarily kind and attentive - Danijela patiently fielded my many questions in advance of our visit. Damir was our restaurant host for nearly every meal, helped with logistics and was also full of good advice and fun stories. The restaurant itself is incredible - a delicious and creative menu. It is a dining destination from Hvar with water taxis bringing people for lunch and dinner every day. We stayed at Zori for four nights and enjoyed every meal. My family wanted to be able to explore the other nearby islands and the coast of Hvar, so we rented a very small motorboat for three days (from Segorent, the same company that manages Zori's transfers to & from Hvar). We spent one day circumnavigating Palmizana (and eating at the Fisherman’s House), another exploring the island on which Carpe Diem Beach is located (where we dined at Mlini restaurant, located on a quieter cove), and zipping over to the coast of Hvar on our final day to eat at Notos. All restaurants were excellent, and it was a great way to check out the Pakleni island region. Overall, I just can’t say enough about Zori Timeless Resort - our visit there was truly wonderful, and we definitely hope to return soon!

Spectacular restaurant!!! Absolutely stunning location. Excellent service by the most professional waiter, called Damir. He delighted us with his hospitality and wonderful service. Must visit!!!

What a fabulous venue, sensational food on a beautiful island in Croatia. A huge thank you to Martin, our waiter, who despite our hurry, our unkempt appearance made us feel MORE than welcome - he treated us so well - I wished that we were here for longer and that we could experience more of the beautiful food. Well done Zori!!! We will be back!

We stopped by for lunch and it was truly an experience. Martin was our waiter and he was absolutely brilliant. We had some appetisers and a drink, and we all wish we could come back and have a full meal, because it was truly so special.

The food at the restaurant is to die for. Ante the waited knew what to recommend. But honestly everything was just amazing so it didn’t matter what to order. Every bite was an amazing explosion of flavors. I very much enjoyed it. Thank you chef. Second visit review: I went back because I found myself again on that island and couldn’t help but trying other options on the menu. They recognized me and the chef came out to say hello. Which I really appreciated because I wanted to know who is the person behind the art i ate! The second visit did not disappoint. The food was again exquisite and the levels of flavors that changes with every chew.. amazing. This restaurant is better than many Michelin star restaurants I e been to. This is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever visited.
