Poke It Up, Pokeworks Plan to Open Northern Virginia Stores This Summer - Eater DC
"Zoup! is a soup shop opening a new 1,900-square-foot location at Arlington Square this summer. The chain, which is 20 years old, offers lobster bisque, chicken potpie soups, made-to-order salads, and sandwiches." - Tierney Plumb
Good and quick customer service, easy to order online, fair prices. Soups are great, bread it’s soft and fresh. I recommend this place.

I love this place. So many great soups!! It’s a new restaurant so I know they’re probably working out some issues with staffing and efficiency. It did take a really long time for my one soup to be put in a cup and handed to me... but the food and service was great so I’m not knocking them for it.

The cuisine had incredible flavor, and the staff was very friendly. Food choices are comparable to Panera, but of better quality and Many more soup options.

Good stuff but lunch hours are understaffed badly. Wait is 15 minutes minimum for a cup of soup. Meal - even longer. Unacceptable. Add about 3-4 employees up front and make lunch less frustrating. Such an easy fix that I’m sure would drive more biz. But place now has a reputation for being slow within the office. Bummer.

We got cali chicken sandwich, seafood chowder, and chicken salad. They were all mediocre. The workers seemed they did not want to work together.

Very nice staff, but a little understaffed as the same person that rang us up also made our food.
As for the ambience the place looks like it was built in the 90s though they only opened a few months back.
The food about as good as you would get from A Sodexo or Aramark, meaning mediocre.
