Z's Bubble Tea Dearborn Hts. East

I went to try out the ramen today, and the moment I stepped foot inside, I felt the vibe increasingly get more positive. I was greeted by a young man named Khalid or Khaled. He wore a very bright smile, which didn't look like those fake smiles all the other workers/employees wear. He really meant it. I came with my sister and mom, and he treated them like the Queen and the Princess of the world! Anyways, we ordered, and he punched the order in. He seemed to be a little new because he was accompanied by the manager, Hank. There was another woman sitting at the bar. They recently bought a new device for the orders named "SpotOn". Anyways, we sat down and within MINUTES, like 5 minutes or so, the food came. I ordered Birria Ramen with Korean BBQ tacos. My food came first. I got some chopsticks and those big spoons for the broth. Then, my mom and sister got their food. While eating, he kept on asking us if we needed anything. he would make sure we were comfortable and good. I loved that about him. I personally would recommend this place and Khalid/Khaled was the best one there to be honest. While we ate, he would have conversations with us that really made us enjoy the whole ambience. Before I left, I made sure to leave a tip. Personally, if you're someone who likes conversations and support, go to "Z's Boba Shoppe"!

I went during mid-afternoon and there wasn't a wait at all. Jackpot. I got the original milk tea with tapioca bubbles and a serving of curly fries, and both were awesome. The tea was fresh, as were the bubbles, and I loved how they could customize the amount of sugar in my drink. The fries were also super fresh and so, so good. Super crisp and warm. They weren't at all greasy. The guy at the register was also really great. He was nice and answered my questions about the menu. You can tell the staff had energy and liked being there. All in all, I would definitely go back again and try more of their menu, both on the bubble tea side and the sandwich side. There was a crispy chicken sandwich on grilled rye that caught my eye, so I'll update this review once I go back. In the meantime, I definitely recommend checking the place out.

Finally got to try bubble tea for the first time and fell in love with it. It is located in a busy restaurant and service was great. I got the mango juice with mango stars. Also tried the mango mochi ice cream which were also real good.

I used to go to ur boba shop weekly with my kids, but i won’t be anymore because you are sharing it with an x rated noodle vendor. Why would you do that? A bunch of kids visit ur shop after school, you dont mind them reading all the xrated meals filth they sell?

The brown sugar boba w/oat milk is the best I’ve had in a while. The donut and boba store is a great idea. Good combo

We tried the Original Mango Mix which is mango nectar purée blended with some ice. I think a canned mango pulp may be used so that gives a more accurate and potent mango flavor than any syrup would. This drink delivered what was expected from it, but it did lack a little complexity as there isn’t a change in flavor or texture throughout. Next time, we’ll be sure to try some of the more traditional bubble tea flavors as well as the bingsu.

Owners take their own time to seat you and make you feel as comfortable as possible. Not a big fan on bubble tea but decided to try the Oreo slush and it was excellent. They even asked to take a picture of us to upload it online. 10/10 will come back here and try their joint sandwich place The Terry Melt.

Excellent bubble tea! The girls made my order perfectly. Got the passion fuit black tea with tapioca pearls and it was amazing. Asked for less sugar and it was perfect.
