Yelp
It's affordable and authentic. Serving sizes are good, two people could easily share a rice noodle and an app and be satisfied.
I like the Signature Rice Noodles and the Sauerkraut Series. The pickled pepper or hot pot noodles are proper spicy, so I'd avoid if you don't love spice. The liver, kidney and intestines can be easy to overcook but they cook them perfectly here. Rice noodles are slippery with the right amount of bounce. Toppings are plentiful and add lots of flavor and textures to the noodle dish.
The spicy shredded potatoes are crispy and spicy, just what you might want to wet your appetite for noodles.
Crispy Pork is true to its name, crispy and goes well with the dry dipping rub included. It's not bad the next day but best day of.
Beef roll pancake is just okay, nothing special about it.
The grilled garlic oysters are also just okay, probably wouldn't order again
