Excellent sushi bar in Madrid.
If you managed to go to Sushi Ko before, you'll feel right at home. Classy, cozy bar, excellent service and great omakase experience.
Nice starters all around. I especially liked the fish made in the robata. Then the nigiris are really amazing, especially all the toro variants. They are on the higher end of wasabi, so I'd ask them to use a bit less if you don't enjoy it.
It has a few extras that you can order when you reserve. The toro nigiri with caviar is great, and so is the toast with caviar to share between two. The menu is fairly long, so I'd be careful not to order everything.
As with any high-end sushi bar, it's on the expensive side, but it's a very enjoyable experience.
