I’ve bought a home machine and a commercial machine from Zuccarini and both experiences were wonderful! Everyone we worked with was so friendly and helpful (shout out to Mike, George and Edward!). They did hands-on trainings with us for both machines, and were available to us when we wanted to come in and fine tune a skill with their help. Mike even came out to our business to give us a training and helped us set up our machine. Everyone we’ve spoken to about Zuccarini also sings their praises! They just can’t be beat. If you are thinking of investing in a home espresso machine Zuccarini is the place! I recently purchased the Nuova Simonelli Oscar II Espresso Machine from Zuccarini. All of the staff are welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. George and Edward helped me to choose the right machine for me and George spent time teaching me to use and care of the machine AND provided helpful (and much needed) tips on how to pull an excellent shot! All of my questions were answered even after I bought the machine. I am so happy with my decision. This machine was an investment and it felt really good to go home armed with the knowledge and confidence to make good use of it. I highly recommend Zuccarini for all things coffee.

Zuccarini Importing continues to demonstrate a high level of expertise, knowledge and customer service. I have been a loyal client for a decade, and can't say enough about Jackie and her team. They are consummate pros at Zuccarini, and treat everyone like family.
