Zuccarini Importing

My experience at Zuccarini Importing was great. The sales staff are very knowledgeable and took the time to stay late to make sure I understood properly on how to use and care for my Alex Leva machine. They also set up my grinder for me. They were very accommodating on my install date and even the technician who delivered and installed the machine took the time to warm up the machine, make a coffee and went over the care, and do’s and don’t. Thank you and I highly recommend Zuccarini. Care and service was number A1 I’m a very happy customer and enjoying my new lever machine.

Very knowledgeable, accommodating and family feeling store. Once we got in we were treated almost as family, which is also how the people working there seemed to interact. They listened to our needs and explained (with a lot of patience, I must say) about the different options. We chose one and went home, but got cold feet after a few days, and went to talk to them again. We had the best experience during our second visit. George re-checked our needs and concerns, and put us at ease. We bought an espresso machine for our gallery, and got not only an explanation about the grinder and the machine, but also a lesson (in my words: a lesson for dummies) on how to... We even received a phone call, after few days, to check how we are doing, and video calls to help with some instances of "what are we doing wrong?" OMG, never before, even when I bought more expensive items, did I encounter such an amazing, hands on and truly caring bunch of people, who are so passionate about what they do. I had an excellent experience purchasing my new Izzo Alex espresso machine from Zuccarini. Edward and George were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They guided me towards purchasing a better machine and we are very happy with it. Their pricing was very fair, and what really stood out was the hands on experience that they provided and the lesson on how to use the machine before we picked it up. The customer experience here is truly outstanding — they made sure I felt confident and informed. Even after the purchase, they have been consistently available to answer any questions I have without any delay. Zuccarini Imports is probably the best place in the GTA for espresso machines, combining expert knowledge, great service, and their passion for coffee. Highly recommend!

I invited a friend to do a latte art class with me, and did not expect to have such a good time. Our instructor George was knowledgeable without being a coffee snob, and the lesson upped my latte game. The space is cozy and stuffed to the rafters with beautiful espresso machines - so much to admire!

George and Edward provided amazing service, spending lots of time explaining the differences in machines and grinders with lots of practicing and taste tests. We are very happy with our espresso machine and grinder, it feels like we made exactly the right choice with their support. George has answered all my post-purchase questions, and the instruction guides that they wrote have been very helpful. Highly recommend!

I’ve bought a home machine and a commercial machine from Zuccarini and both experiences were wonderful! Everyone we worked with was so friendly and helpful (shout out to Mike, George and Edward!). They did hands-on trainings with us for both machines, and were available to us when we wanted to come in and fine tune a skill with their help. Mike even came out to our business to give us a training and helped us set up our machine. Everyone we’ve spoken to about Zuccarini also sings their praises! They just can’t be beat. Highly recommend seeing them for any of your espresso needs!

If you are thinking to brew a good coffee at home, then you need to start at Zuccarini. Great selection of machines and super staff. We love George. The Barnstable level support mad3 it such fun!
