I’ve been loosely connected to Zuccarini’s for over a decade, occasionally buying a bag of beans, recommending friends to the shop, and ogling the excellently-curated selection of gear. Recently, I came to them to upgrade my grinder (to a Eureka Atom W65). I was able to find the grinder online for a hair less but wanted to stay local and benefit from the customer service (dialling in my beans and auditing my workflow). I couldn’t have been happier than I did. I was treated with professionalism, courtesy, and expertise and had a lovely morning enjoying coffee with like minded folk. Cheers to local, family-run business.

I purchased an Izzo espresso machine from Zuccarini importing this summer. We had an excellent experience. George, the sales specialist who worked with us did a fantastic job explaining the options available and helping us decide on a machine. Once we picked a machine he spent dedicated time with us explaining the machine and how to use it. This was very practical training with the opportunity to make multiple drinks with the machine and our new grinder. George followed up with us several times after purchase to make sure we were satisfied with the machine. I would highly recommend Zuccarini importing if you are looking to buy an espresso machine.

My experience at Zuccarini Importing was great. The sales staff are very knowledgeable and took the time to stay late to make sure I understood properly on how to use and care for my Alex Leva machine. They also set up my grinder for me. They were very accommodating on my install date and even the technician who delivered and installed the machine took the time to warm up the machine, make a coffee and went over the care, and do’s and don’t. Thank you and I highly recommend Zuccarini. Care and service was number A1 I’m a very happy customer and enjoying my new lever machine.

Very knowledgeable, accommodating and family feeling store. Once we got in we were treated almost as family, which is also how the people working there seemed to interact. They listened to our needs and explained (with a lot of patience, I must say) about the different options. We chose one and went home, but got cold feet after a few days, and went to talk to them again. We had the best experience during our second visit. George re-checked our needs and concerns, and put us at ease. We bought an espresso machine for our gallery, and got not only an explanation about the grinder and the machine, but also a lesson (in my words: a lesson for dummies) on how to... We even received a phone call, after few days, to check how we are doing, and video calls to help with some instances of "what are we doing wrong?" OMG, never before, even when I bought more expensive items, did I encounter such an amazing, hands on and truly caring bunch of people, who are so passionate about what they do. And: GEORGE - thank you!!!

I'd trust them with my coffee's life. The entire team was extremely nice, and accommodating. Ed was amazingly knowledgable, friendly, and very kind. There is nothing but praise for the experience I had here picking up my new machine.

We’re huge fans of Zuccarini, and of course, Giacomo! As new owners of Café Sips, choosing Zuccarini was a no-brainer. From the very first visit, the team was incredibly knowledgeable, warm and genuinely helpful. As two people who knew very little about espresso machines, we never once felt overwhelmed or pressured, which was such a relief. The entire process was seamless, from the initial visit to purchasing our machine (even when we changed our minds a few times!), all the way to installation. Their service, expertise and professionalism were consistent every step of the way. We would recommend them a million times over!

I recently opened a small cafe, and dealing with Zuccarini has made this process so much easier. The team was so kind and so helpful and ready to pick up the phone as soon as I called. They showed me around the showroom and used their advice and guidance to find me a espresso machine that worked great and was within my budget. We LOVE Zuccarini's! Have been dealing with them for many many years and have always found them to be amazing, knowledgeable and always happy to help. It is simply the BEST place in Toronto to learn about and buy an espresso machine. And the follow up service is fantastic. We have referred several friends to Zuccarini's and they have all been very pleased with the product, the knowledge and any follow up service. Personally I am exceptionally surprised by the 2 negative reviews but I guess there are always 2 sides to a story - or they have the wrong place! Regardless, we would never go elsewhere - we always have a great time at Zuccarini's!

All espresso machines will, at some point, need to be serviced. Know that if you buy a machine from this company that you can expect to throw it out before they will be able to service it in any competent manner. I know...I have purchased TWO machines from Zuccarini and after a combined 5 services, I have no machine that works!

I purchased a bunch of expensive top of the line coffee equipment from Zuccarini. They were quite helpful with getting the sale done. Once that was completed, good luck on getting any service from them! You'd think after giving the sales guy his full year's salary in one day he'd be a little more responsive, he blamed me for everything! How is it my fault the coffee brewer only goes up to 165 degrees??? They took forever to "repair" the coffee brewer, which kept having the same problem, I was then told to contact the manufacturer myself.. Look elsewhere..
