Omakase for tonight! Visited Michelin-starred Zuicho at Grand Lisboa Palace where refined "kappo" cuisine is the spotlight, emphasizes the connection between diner and chef. Zuicho invites diners to indulge in an immersive and interactive journey through Japan's culinary traditions. Helmed by Head Chef Yoshinori Kinomoto, the restaurant presents exquisite seasonal menus featuring sashimi and cooked dishes that entice the senses with premium ingredients sourced daily from Japan. Every dish is made of ingredients imported from different regions of Japan, giving rise to a selection of 8 courses to 10 courses menu. Sashimi is served in hot soup which is cooked meticulously! The menu is served in proper portion that satiate your appetite.

A true gem!! Well-deserved 🌟 First time to try Kappo cuisine. My husband and I enjoyed it very much! Zuicho totally lived up to the hype. The food was excellent-super fresh, creative, and plated like edible art. Every bite was a vibe. The staff were so nice and on top of everything, which made our birthday dinner feel extra special. The place itself is chic but not pretentious with plenty of space to relax and enjoy. Big shoutout to them for saving our night—I booked last-minute (4 hours before on a Thursday night), and they not only squeezed us in but made sure everything was perfect. Big thanks to the manager (半田先生), staff and the Chef and sous chef!! 第一次在澳门尝试割烹料理,真是一次超棒的体验,和先生一起吃得超开心! 每道菜都绝了——食材新鲜到爆,创意十足,摆盘像艺术品一样精致。每一口都是味蕾享受。 店员超级贴心,把生日晚餐安排得特别有仪式感。环境高级但不拘束,空间宽敞坐着很舒服。 重点表扬他们拯救了我们的夜晚!临时订位(提前6小时才预约),不仅成功安排座位,还把每个细节都照顾到位。 满分推荐!
