Zula - Review - Marylebone - London - The Infatuation

"Zula is a spacious, comfortable, diner-esque spot by Marble Arch that looks like a fast food joint but has restaurant service. Of all the good, bad, and OK burger spots in London, Zula is on the better than average end of the spectrum. Not everything is perfect—the buns can be a bit dry and their Fake Mac sauce is a little too mustard-heavy—but of the four burgers on the menu, the majority are great and none of them are a simple cheeseburger. The Basic has a creamy truffle mayo that’s far from basic, and the spiced fries are so good we want to throw them in a family-sized crisp bag to snack on later. photo credit: Aleksandra Boruch photo credit: Aleksandra Boruch photo credit: Aleksandra Boruch photo credit: Aleksandra Boruch Pause Unmute Food Rundown Spiced Fries The spice on these fries tastes like something between cajun and harissa, and we’re big fans. photo credit: Aleksandra Boruch Basic The truffle mayo elevates this burger from great to excellent. It’s thick and creamy, with a nice, strong hint of truffle and there’s a generous amount of the stuff which makes this our favourite burger. photo credit: Aleksandra Boruch B.I.G This is the same as the Basic with double the meat and some mustard. Get this if you prefer a higher meat to bread ratio. photo credit: Aleksandra Boruch Fake Mac Zula’s take on a Big Mac, but the sauce is too mustardy. Unless you’re a mustard-lover, you’re better off with the Basic. photo credit: Aleksandra Boruch" - Rianne Shlebak

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been to Zula several times now, and I can honestly say it’s become one of my absolute favourite places in London. I think I actually started loving burgers because of this place — they’re always incredibly fresh, juicy, and packed with flavour. The fillings are something special, and the crispy fries are just perfect every single time. The atmosphere is always warm and relaxed, and the whole team is genuinely lovely — they make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. A huge thank you to Emine for her kindness and amazing service every time. She’s one of those people who make a good place even better. My husband and I often stop by for lunch whenever we can — it’s become our little family spot. Always consistent, always delicious, always a pleasure. Highly recommend! ❤️

Such a great restaurant in an amazing location! There’s ample seating and is very clean inside, plus service is really good. Food is very yummy and beautiful presented, but slightly small with the portion size. Regardless of that, it’s such a great halal option in the middle of central London. Simple menu that doesn’t overwhelm you with too many options. Minimal and conceptual and very well done. Not the best burger I’ve had in the city, but a very good one. It’s worth a visit here. Would come back again!

Came here for a quick lunch with friends. We shared two burgers and a hotdog — the classic burger is a must-try, the Mac burger was okay, and the hotdog was very good. The staff were really welcoming and attentive, so thank you to them for the great service.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this burger restaurant! From the moment I walked in, everything felt warm and inviting. The atmosphere was modern, clean, and full of great energy. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles, and the service was exceptional throughout my entire visit. First of all, a huge shout-out to the chef — truly, hands down, amazing work! Every bite of my burger was packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to absolute perfection. You can really tell that the chef puts passion and skill into every dish. The presentation was beautiful, and the taste was even better. Chef, thank you — “eline sağlık,” your hands create magic! I also want to mention the manager, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. She checked on the tables personally to make sure everyone was having a great experience. It’s rare to see such dedication, and it really made the whole visit feel special. Her positive attitude and genuine care for the customers add so much value to the place. Overall, this restaurant deserves all the praise. Delicious food, top-notch service, and a team that truly cares about what they do. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to all my friends. Keep up the amazing work!

We stop by for lunch while did some shopping on Oxford Street. Zula is very conveniently located in a street next to TK Maxx. The Berger is amazing, hotdog is yummy and we’ll present, cheese cake is creamy, not too sweet. Crispy French fries, order one for each person, go very quick. I love all the dishes!

We ordered two burgers, one hot dog, and fries. The burgers were delicious and light, and the hot dog was good for the price – not expensive at all. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. The place gets busy, so you might wait around 10 to 20 minutes depending on the crowd.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Zula on Quebec Street in London, and I can't stop raving about it! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting and warm—it just felt like a great place to enjoy a meal. Now, let’s talk about the food. Everything I tried was absolutely delicious! The seasonings were spot-on, and each dish was bursting with flavor. I also can't get over the fries they serve. They're perfectly crispy, and they give you little containers to mix your own sauces. It was so much fun experimenting with different combinations! The service was another highlight. The staff was friendly and attentive without being intrusive, which made for such a relaxing dining experience. Honestly, I couldn't find a single thing to complain about. Every part of my visit was enjoyable, from the food to the service to the atmosphere. If you're in London and looking for a tasty meal, Zula is definitely worth a visit!

This was my first time trying Zula burger and it was completely worth the hype! I got the classic and it was the perfect balance of meat and bun. The fries were cooked to perfection. The ingredients were super fresh and I didn’t feel heavy after. I rarely hit a spot twice but I’m afraid I’m going to have to come back here! Definitely recommend the cheesecake which is the perfect amount of sweet and perfect texture ✨ Ps. The staff is super sweet. Making this a perfect London foodie experience.
