It has a well curated and very reasonably priced selection, helpful descriptions about the bottles, and the staff is very kind and helpful. I'm so glad to have this shop in the neighborhood.

My favorite wine shop in Park Slope. They have a wall of all wines $13 and under. The guy I spoke to, maybe the owner, was super knowledgeable and gave great recs. They also deliver for free. Great experience.

Love this store. Smaller selection, but expertly curated. Every wine I've bought here has been fantastic, and their prices are very fair. It's my go-to for finding a new favorite wine.

New ownership (and name) has really turned this place around. They are extremely knowledgeable, have a good variety at multiple price levels (they will help you find something great for $10 or $100) constantly updating stock, friendly and helpful. This is a great wine shop—plus some good liquor options as well.

A small, well-lighted place, you can cut its artisanal, trustafarian vibe with a handcrafted knife. Don't be intimidated. The staff is actually genial, knowledgeable, un-judgey. They're happy to point to an excellent range of wines, whatever your budget.

Small wine shop, but nonetheless well worth coming out of your way to visit. They have an excellently curated selection, with lots of staff recommendations with ample placard descriptions and a lot of fine wines at rather reasonable prices. The breadth of varietals here is truly impressive. True to form, they have a small but interesting spirit selection as well. I bought an interesting gin that I had never heard f (Salcombe) that I'm enjoying quite a lot. I've walked by a couple of times where they were having tastings--sadly I was on the way to the gym and managed to be responsible and skipped, but this strikes me as a great place to try one and discovers new wine. In addition to offering tastings on weekends, you can sign up for a frequent buyer plan if you want--I think it is some kind of discount on purchases once you pass $300 spent. I will admit I was a bit peeved when I went to pay last time--I was approaching counter to pay--and I thought the person clearly saw me about to place stuff at register--as the only other customer in there asked a question. I had to wait at the register several minutes while he jumped out to assist/flirt with the customer. Then again, in his shoes, I may well have made the same call.

So yes I'm local to Los Angeles and Zula Wines is in Brooklyn... And during this time of the pandemic.... Did I really just travel to Brooklyn???? Yeah.... That would be a negative...lol But I have friends in Brooklyn and I wanted to send them some wine... Cuz well.... Who couldn't use a glass or 2 in these crazy times??? I contacted them on Yelp to see if they deliver to my friend's address... And what do you know? They do deliver!!! Woo hoo!! Needless to say...I was excited...lol This was honestly the most painless buying online I've done in a while. The website was set up great and was easy to view on my phone. And they have some really awesome deals!! I highly recommend their site and if you're local...I would recommend them in person (with a mask on please)... As their wine selection was pretty extensive. And the cherry to this entire process was FREE shipping as the address was considered local to them. WOW. Seriously, there are not that many places that offer free shipping anymore. And add another cherry on top for Zula Wines...I actually picked a time the next day as with the time difference between LA and Brooklyn, I didn't think that they could deliver it that same day as it was already late afternoon in Brooklyn. Well ya know what?? They were able to deliver the same day!! I was blown away. If I ever need to make another wine delivery in Brooklyn or the surrounding area...I know who I'll be using! An excellent wine shop in the slope/south/gowanus area. Carefully curated wines at all price levels allowing you to have a great wine at your price point. Free delivery, and an amazing rewards program. This is my go to wine shop now and hopefully will become yours!

Look no further than ZULA in the neighborhood for, not only an extensive collection of wines and spirits, but also a caring, friendly, and knowledgeable staff! We've been coming here since they first opened, and even during this current health crisis, they've pulled through to keep the wine flowing for Brooklyn by offering delivery. Mike was the best in making sure my order placed online was delivered to my cousin (a doc on the frontlines) in the time slot she was home. So accommodating! And he even asked if I'd like to include a little note to her as part of the gift delivery. I'm so appreciative to be able to support this business, and other local businesses, as much as we can right now, and Mike and staff at Zula make it a pleasurable experience, even when we can't actually be in the store to talk wine and have tastings like the good ol days. We'll get there soon!

Fabulous neighborhood wine store. Went in and asked the staff for their recommendations based on what I was looking for. Asked for a "chuggable" chilled red and the staff offered a few suggestions based on my price point with no judgement. Will be back!

Best wine store in the slope! Not only is everyone knowledgeable but they're also friendly! We come here often and we're always welcomed. When we bring our pup in she's always treated with a snack. The store offered a variety of great wines for both the economic shopper and for those looking to splurge. They offer a "frequent buyer program" where you get 10% off when you spend a certain amount of money ($300) I believe. I love this wine store!

I order from 300 miles away for family blocks away from Zula. These folks are fantastic, prompt, courtesy and keep me posted on the status of my order. Couldn't as for more!

Zula is a great wine shop. I've only ordered via their website (since we're still in quarantine) but every bottle I've ordered I have enjoyed, not a bad bottle among the bunch. Their $13 and under table has some real gems and if you go up to even just $15 or $16 they have even more selection and not the standards you see at every liquor store. It is super affordable even before their generous case discount. Delivery has been quick even though we live a little far from the store. I can't wait to visit the store in person!

Yayyy Zula! This shop is great- there are so many good, reasonably priced wines. It's not too crowded and the staff is very chill/friendly. This is our go to place in the neighborhood for a bottle or two.

ZULA Wines & Spirits is a Brooklyn gem. It's small, but that's what's great about it (that, and the free delivery with no minimum). The owner knows every wine in the store, and is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. And the prices are very reasonable. You won't find Barefoot or Yellowtail in here (this is a boutique wine store after all!), but you will find a $7 bottle that will knock your socks off. And in addition to wine, there's spirits, liquers, and even sakes for all of your cocktail needs. Cheerful vibe, great wine, and an experience that makes you feel like a regular the first time you visit. I truly could not recommend this place more!

I have never been sold wine so passive aggressively in my entire life. The clerk was curt and unhelpful. His unpleasantness was complimented by the way that the other store representative generally ignored that a customer was even in the store. Next time I want to feel that much resentment while buying wine, I will birth a child and raise it until it reaches its teen years and then I will make them earn the money to buy me my wine.

For those of you who enjoy wine on a regular basis, I highly recommend this wine store. I am so glad this wine store is located at the south end of park slope. The staff is wonderful and has a great ability to pick you the perfect wine for any occasion. And most of the bottles are extremely reasonable. This is why I believe this should be any winos go to spot in the South Slope. Looking forward to many more "stop-ins" here

This was my third time buying wine from this shop. The first two times was when they first opened and it was a good experience. This time no so much. I walked in with my daughter we were getting a bottle of red for a x-mas gift. I picked an Italian brand and went to the counter one gentlemen was restocking( never asked me if I have a question or need help, it was if we didn't exist). The second was ringing up a customer. We waited patiently. When it was our turn, I asked if this was a good gift or did he have another one he like more. His response was well we don't sell bad wines all of them are good some are just more expensive. The one I picked up was under a sign said under $14, turned out it was $9. Price wasn't a factor. He said it just what ever you like. I said fine I will take it he then said it was $9, we take debit and cc. I went to get my card out but it had a $20 wrapped around it. He then says or we can take cash if you don't have a cc. He placed the wine in a bag and my daughter said oh you offer to gift wrap if it was mentioned it was a gift. He just ignored us and asked the lady behind me if she found everything she wanted. F.Y.I the women before us he gift wrapped two bottles of the wine for her. 1. I will never buy from your store again, I would rather go next door to the supermarket or down the block to 7-11. 2. Acknowledge your customers when they enter, a simple smile to let me know you saw me or even I will be with you in a minute would be fine. 3. When the amount owe was informed you didn't have to say what you take. I can read the master card/visa sign. 4. If you were out of wrapping just simple apologize and that would have been ok, I still would have used the bag I initially was going to place the bottle in. 5. ASK FOR MY DAMN ID BEFORE CHARGING A CARD THAT STATED SEE ID. Since you were so worried if I had a cc. 6. Lastly smile when customers are in the store even if you having a bad day. We don't need to know your not having a good day.

I love this shop. Its so classy. The wine and spirits is presented beautifully and it has these really well made labels on top of the highly artist labels on the bottles. Its easy to find a good wine there and sometimes I just go in to look at them and marvel at the creativity of wine labels. they also have tastings. Please try to understand: I have no knowledge of wine other then a taste for drinking it. I normally go by description on the bakc or in case of the last bottle I bought in ACME ... by location. It was called Cardiff. I love Cardiff in the UK, so I just went and got a bottle. That the way I buy wine.

The staff here is so RUDE!!! I get it, you're wine snobs, but that doesn't mean you have to be an ACTUAL snob to your customers who are giving you money. There are way too many other wine shops within a few blocks radius. Don't waste your time, energy, and money here.

ZULA has been my quarantine lifesaver! I worked in Oregon wine country for 5 years and after moving to NYC I missed having good wine in the cupboard. ZULA has become my Brooklyn wine fix. They offer fun and affordable elections on wines and spirits, and free deliveries to your door if in you're in the neighborhood! Their staff are chill, friendly and approachable and have always gone out of their way to provide a good experience. They are by far my go to wine shop. Try them out and show them some love.

Ordered wine delivery frim Zula through minibar. I basically ordered blind (picking random wines) and loved everything! They curate a great selection. Delivery came fast, too.

Called here after Slope Cellars refused to help me over the phone in choosing a special bottle of wine (they were dismissive and told me to go to their website). Mike was extremely helpful, offered several choices and was sympathetic to the fact I was trying to find a bottle to raise someone's spirits. I will go here first every time.

This shop is phenomenal. My husband and I moved just a few blocks from the shop and were in search of our go-to wine store. It is this one, and what a gem it is! As someone who works in food (I teach wine/ beer/ cider/ cheese/ etc classes for a living), I can attest that this store has some a beautifully curated selection every time I come in (which is at least once a week). They have wines from regions off the beaten path (ie not well known) that are affordable and stellar quality. The folks who work there are super friendly and helpful, never too assertive, and the space is simple, chic, and inviting. I couldn't recommend it more highly!

Acme knows their stuff! beautiful and clean store, wide selection with a bunch of featured affordable wines. I always feel welcome here since they've opened and am pleasantly surprised with the recommendations I get. super friendly and patient service and they have a great selection of chilled whites and sparkling wines (cava is my favorite!). tell them what you're having for dinner and they always recommend something perfect - a gem in south slope!

Excellent, I love this place! These guys know wine and love their jobs. They give you solid suggestions without just trying to sell the most expensive bottle. The decor is enough to fall in love with the place. I've been there 5 times and have been satisfied with all of my purchases. Small but quality selection. Highly recommended.
