Zultra is the valet company for Osteria Mozza, where I take my Dad and his friends occasionally. Their average age is like 88, they all have trouble getting into my SUV, and I appreciate that the Zultra crew always helps them. The guys seem very well-trained, and they are very nice people. Last night, we had a slight mis-hap. The valet accidentally scratched my front rim by rubbing against the curb. I filled out a report with the valet manager. This morning, the owner of Zultra contacted me, he was super-helpful, and he's already reimbursed me the cost of fixing my rim. This was the easiest customer-service experience I've had in decades.
