They are thieves promised to pay someone for a job and wouldn't pay them even after they completed the job horrible company with poor morals wouldn't recommend them to anyone ever.

Zultra is the valet company for Osteria Mozza, where I take my Dad and his friends occasionally. Their average age is like 88, they all have trouble getting into my SUV, and I appreciate that the Zultra crew always helps them. The guys seem very well-trained, and they are very nice people. Last night, we had a slight mis-hap. The valet accidentally scratched my front rim by rubbing against the curb. I filled out a report with the valet manager. This morning, the owner of Zultra contacted me, he was super-helpful, and he's already reimbursed me the cost of fixing my rim. This was the easiest customer-service experience I've had in decades.

Responsible and responsive after my car would not start. the entire team was a dream to work with and quickly sprang into action on my behalf to get my car up and working again.
