Owner Michael "Michi" Naschberger and head chef Milan Hurt are now at the helm, and have introduced a pleasingly relaxed and informal atmosphere, while preserving the traditional charm of the place. Tyrolean cuisine with high standards is the name of the game, eg "Beef Tartare Tischlerwirt" or "grilled veal liver, apple, bacon and onion sauce, parsnip".
