Zuma

"Gliding down the softly lit staircase allows everyone to feel like they’re about to arrive at the best party in town – this really is Fun Central, with the music to prove it. As with all other Zuma branches around the globe, the menu covers a multitude of Japanese bases, with seafood from the robata grill being the standout, although the signature corn-fed baby chicken rightly has many admirers too." - Michelin Inspector

9 Best Brunches in Abu Dhabi | Condé Nast Traveler

"Zuma’s moody interior—dark walls, burgundy leather chairs, stone fixtures, and a live-edge wood bar—instantly evokes a serious power brunch. As one of the most talked-up brunch spots in town, the restaurant (part of the internationally beloved luxe chain), on Al Maryah Island, delivers a refined, sushi-driven experience overlooking the water. Live stations, a buffet, and a la carte table service give you a plethora of options. The Japanese feast features lobster-miso soup, izakaya-style breakfast bites like tempura shrimp, a robata counter with skewered meats, and sushi and sashimi spreads." - Jenna Scatena

I always enjoy dinner at Zuma! The food is consistently delicious, and I’ve never been disappointed. Whether you’re after a lively dinner with music or drinks and dancing at the bar, the vibe is spot on. The menu is packed with great options, the staff are attentive, and the DJ keeps the energy up—especially later in the night.

I visited on a Saturday night just to have a couple of drinks. I ordered a Negroni and an Espresso Martini but honestly I didn’t enjoy either of them. The Negroni was probably one of the worst I’ve ever had it just tasted like ice The Espresso Martini had a strange, unexplainable flavor that didn’t sit right I left without ordering anything else. The place was extremely crowded, and I didn’t get a chance to try the food. However I don’t think I’d go back. The bartender was polite and friendly, but overall, I wouldn’t really recommend it there are definitely nicer spots around to enjoy a good drink.

Ok this was hard, the place is beautiful situated next to adgm. The views are lovely at night and booking a a must. Totally the sort of place you would go for a business lunch or night out with your partner. My experience this time could have been better. Bear in mind this is against the price point they have set. The dishes that I felt were worth it was the fried tofu and the lobster maki. Probably the curse of being a Google reviewer I was probably a littke of all the other food presented from the seasoning to depth of flavour. Would probably give them another go. I hear the lunch menu is good

Visited Zuma twice and I can now tell it is one of my favorite restaurant in Abu dhabi! Love the atmosphere which blend modernity and Japanese touches. The food is excellent, I highly recommend the seared salmon (small portions, can be shared if you order more dishes), the chawan mushi dessert (mousse and crème with bits of fresh exotic fruits) and as a mocktail the bincho gilet (Instagram worthy drink). Also the staff was very welcoming and attentive to our needs. A big thanks to Matias who was our server and was "aux petit soins". Hope to visit again very soon ✨

I had a wonderful experience at Zuma Abu Dhabi. The food was tasty and delicious — we ordered two fresh, flavorful salads, a perfectly cooked sesame steak, rich rice with mushrooms, and sushi. We also had crackers served with raw tuna and salmon on the side, which were excellent. Everything was great except the sushi; we weren’t lucky with our choice. The service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was vibrant and elegant

We took a chance visiting Zuma on Sunday for lunch with our two kids, and the experience was truly five-star. While the reputation focuses on high-end cuisine, the atmosphere was perfectly welcoming for a family meal. The food was, without question, excellent. The quality of the sushi and signature dishes is arguably the best in Abu Dhabi. Every single plate was executed flawlessly, arriving quickly and beautifully presented. The service, however, truly elevates the experience. It was great: attentive but never intrusive. A special shoutout goes to Ana, our server, who made the entire lunch completely stress-free and ensured the children felt just as welcome as the adults. Zuma proved that fine dining and family fun can absolutely coexist. We highly recommend it for a special weekend lunch.

🫕🥣🥧 FOOD, FLAIR AND FUN 🍸🍷🧊 Zuma is without doubt, the best location in the world. which never disappoints, everywhere where present. It is not just a restaurant, but an authentic experience that involves every sense. What makes it unique is the international atmosphere: both among customers and staff, a true melting pot of cultures is perceived, which enriches the environment and makes it dynamic and stimulating. It is a pleasure to stop and observe the work at the sushibar or the robata grill: every movement of the chefs, who are coordinated with each other, is precise, studied, aimed at ensuring that every dish respects the highest standards. The care and attention they put into each preparation is evident. The dishes are all delicious. The Abu Dhabi venue is gorgeous, with sea views and large stuffed and sushi counters where it is pleasant to sit. Lp excellent staff, from the room manager to the waitress who took the orders. Must visit place in Abudhabi.
