"Izakaya-Style Dining at Zuma Located near the heart of Dubai , Zuma is known for strong classical execution with a hip, contemporary twist. The menu includes both sushi and sashimi alongside modern riffs, such as delicately-sliced sea bass served with truffle oil, yuzu, and salmon roe. The food is delicious (although pricey) but if you don't want to commit to an entire dinner, the bar has a great selection of sake, as well as fun—lethal—cocktails."

10 Best Hotel Brunches in Dubai

"One of Dubai's many foreign imports, London-based Zuma is Dubai's go-to spot for sushi in a posh, clubby atmosphere. Subtle tones and rusted-steel walls juxtapose nicely geometric Arab artwork. Expect izakaya small plates meant for sharing, like black cod wrapped in hoba leaves and roasted lobster with shiso ponzu butter. The sushi and sashimi here is the some of the best in Dubai, with a check to match." - Maresa Manara

Had dinner today with my cousins, and even though almost everyone I know friends, cousins, literally everyone has been to Zuma more than five times, this was actually my very first visit! Every time there’s a gathering, I somehow miss it… but finally, today was the day. I’ve been to other Zuma branches outside the UAE, but this was my first time here, and honestly, I loved it the most. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Service was top-notch. We ordered a variety of dishes (will post pictures!) and I tried almost everything except the raw items loved them all!

Haven’t been to Zuma in ages, so we pulled up for my friend’s birthday, and it was a vibe. We booked for 11PM, so the music was up, people were dancing, energy was great. We didn’t go all out with the food since we weren’t that hungry, just kept it simple. Service was solid, super chill staff. Definitely coming back.

My favorite place to enjoy the vibes in every way possible! The team is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even served me prosecco when I didn’t realize I couldn't pay in a different currency. I was fascinated watching the extraordinary teamwork behind the bar; their unity showed itself

Had dinner at Zuma recently and the highlight of the night was definitely Kyle! Super professional, friendly, and made us feel really taken care of. The food was okay — decent flavors, but nothing that blew me away. The atmosphere was alright, but the music was a bit too loud for my taste, which made it hard to really relax or have a proper convo. Still, Kyle’s service made the experience much better. If you go, hope you get him!

From the moment you walk into Zuma, the atmosphere wraps you in sophistication. The design is sleek and contemporary, often featuring warm wood tones, stone finishes, and mood lighting that strikes a balance between trendy and refined. The restaurant’s layout often includes an open sushi counter, robata grill, and cocktail bar—inviting you to be a part of the culinary theatre. Expect a lively buzz throughout the evening. Whether you’re in Dubai’s DIFC branch with views of towering skyscrapers or in New York’s Midtown, Zuma attracts a fashionable crowd—business professionals, celebrities, and well-heeled tourists alike. It’s a place where ambiance and aesthetics play as much of a role as the food.

I usually don't love hyped restaurants. Even though the atmosphere and service are usually great (it was even better at Zuma), the food is where these restaurants disappoint. But Zuma DIDN'T. The food is really good. We had the signature tasting menu and we were extremely full afterwards. Everything is great, but the black cod is a must ! The dessert platter is amazing.

We went for Saturday brunch. The food is excellent. The sake is not that bad. The mix juices have lots of ice, and we can't barely taste the juice itself. Dessert has generic taste, nothing special. Valet should be free, to be honest.

Japanese cuisine restaurant // lounge // bar // private dining 🍣😋 —* Zuma Dubai, renowned as one of the best restaurants in the city, is located in the heart of DIFC. listed in the World's 50 Best Bars multiple times. It can be called a very international bar because there are many branches around the world that have been placed in the list of the 50 best bars in the world many times. Including ranking 2nd in the 50 best restaurants in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) for the first time. There is no place in Dubai that can be better than this. The bar is very spacious. Beautiful bars, liquor, wine, sake for enjoying contemporary Japanese food. And after dinner, sip special cocktails and listen to live music in the lively lounge. Good vibes 10/10 We think you can go again and again.
