"The Dubai outpost of this global brand is set over three floors and comes with trendy, contemporary styling, several sushi counters and a lively atmosphere. Super-fresh, high quality ingredients are prepared with dexterity. Flavours are superb and the charming staff provide friendly, efficient service." - Michelin Inspector

"Izakaya-Style Dining at Zuma Located near the heart of Dubai , Zuma is known for strong classical execution with a hip, contemporary twist. The menu includes both sushi and sashimi alongside modern riffs, such as delicately-sliced sea bass served with truffle oil, yuzu, and salmon roe. The food is delicious (although pricey) but if you don't want to commit to an entire dinner, the bar has a great selection of sake, as well as fun—lethal—cocktails."

10 Best Hotel Brunches in Dubai

"One of Dubai's many foreign imports, London-based Zuma is Dubai's go-to spot for sushi in a posh, clubby atmosphere. Subtle tones and rusted-steel walls juxtapose nicely geometric Arab artwork. Expect izakaya small plates meant for sharing, like black cod wrapped in hoba leaves and roasted lobster with shiso ponzu butter. The sushi and sashimi here is the some of the best in Dubai, with a check to match." - Maresa Manara

My favorite place to enjoy the vibes in every way possible! The team is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even served me prosecco when I didn’t realize I couldn't pay in a different currency. I was fascinated watching the extraordinary teamwork behind the bar; their unity showed itself

Had dinner at Zuma recently and the highlight of the night was definitely Kyle! Super professional, friendly, and made us feel really taken care of. The food was okay — decent flavors, but nothing that blew me away. The atmosphere was alright, but the music was a bit too loud for my taste, which made it hard to really relax or have a proper convo. Still, Kyle’s service made the experience much better. If you go, hope you get him!

I usually don't love hyped restaurants. Even though the atmosphere and service are usually great (it was even better at Zuma), the food is where these restaurants disappoint. But Zuma DIDN'T. The food is really good. We had the signature tasting menu and we were extremely full afterwards. Everything is great, but the black cod is a must ! The dessert platter is amazing.

Haven’t been to Zuma in ages, so we pulled up for my friend’s birthday, and it was a vibe. We booked for 11PM, so the music was up, people were dancing, energy was great. We didn’t go all out with the food since we weren’t that hungry, just kept it simple. Service was solid, super chill staff. Definitely coming back.

We went for Saturday brunch. The food is excellent. The sake is not that bad. The mix juices have lots of ice, and we can't barely taste the juice itself. Dessert has generic taste, nothing special. Valet should be free, to be honest.

Zuma Restaurant Dubai – A Memorable Dining Experience I recently visited Zuma Dubai and had a delightful experience overall. The atmosphere stood out immediately — sophisticated yet welcoming, with great energy and attention to detail in the décor. We ordered a selection of dishes, and each had its unique appeal: • King Crab Salad: A highlight of the meal! Fresh, flavorful, and well-balanced, this dish set a high standard right from the start. • Rock Shrimp Tempura: It was good, but I felt it could have been a bit more crispy or flavorful to stand out compared to similar dishes I’ve tried. • Spicy Beef Tenderloin: Well-cooked, tender, and seasoned just right. A solid dish that I enjoyed. • Grilled Sweetcorn: Absolutely loved this! Simple yet packed with flavor — a must-try side dish for anyone visiting. • Pecan Pie: A satisfying dessert to end the meal. While not extraordinary, it was good enough to leave me content. Overall, Zuma delivers a great experience with high-quality food and a vibrant atmosphere. The service was attentive, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. While some dishes were better than others, the combination of flavors and ambiance made for a memorable dining experience. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy modern Japanese cuisine in Dubai!

Not sure what the fuss is all about this “Zuma Fridays” wasn’t exactly vibey. We were there 8:30-10:15pm. Maybe we were there too early? Ordered $1500 aed worth of food. And for some reason they decided to bring 5 dishes out at one time. Instead of like one by one like Nobu, we literally had to tell them to stop bringing them out till we finished the next one. Service felt rushed. Food quality was average, and nothing special. Definitely not as good as Nobu.

Had brunch here on a Saturday and can say it was nothing short of excellent. The staff were so attentive, noticing what my fav drink was and keeping my glass topped up. The freshness of the food was incredible, as someone with allergies to certain food, every time I got up to pick up more food from a station a chef would accompany me to reassure me that my food was fine to eat. If you haven’t been to Zuma you need to go! I will be booking to come back asap.
