We visited Zuma Dubai, which was voted the best branch in Dubai for 2025 We've been here many times at the night, but this was our first time for brunch. It was crowded with many people and before I knew it, the place was fully booked. The food is generally tasty, with plenty of options to choose from, including beef, seafood, and sushi. There were so many desserts I wanted to try that it was hard to choose. The Japanese sake was not that great, but the sparkling sake was easy to drink. We would like to have a professional Sake Sommelier select delicious sake for us, so we will come again at night.

Ambiance is really good. Good music. Beautiful crowd. Good layout. Interior aged well. Quiet luxury i would say.. Easy on the senses and will not be just another hip place. Noticed the heavy chairs didn’t make sound when you reposition yourself. Nothing worse than annoying sound of chair legs dragging across the floor. Food wise is good. Some amazing plates. I wouldn’t bother ordering sushi as fresh produce can be had in any major cities with enough accessibility. Save the space for other items in the menu. Some outstanding dishes we had were: -kinoko kamameshi with truffle (simple but super tasty) -grilled lamb ribs (what a kick) -miso black cod (best one according to kids) -grilled octopus (super well prepared) Least favorite dish were -spicy beef tenderloin. -beef skewers Service was top notch. They knew how to provide good service without being intrusive. Patrick and the other guy from Ghana did us a solid.

I visited Zuma Dubai recently, and I want to share an honest review based on my experience. The restaurant is nice, clean, and the atmosphere is good, but it’s not as luxurious as I expected. The tables, chairs, and seating areas are very simple — nothing exceptional or particularly impressive. I expected something more high-end considering the restaurant’s reputation. The food was okay, not amazing. I would rate it 6/10. It wasn’t bad, but it didn’t stand out either. The service, however, is excellent — definitely the strongest part of the experience. There are many staff members, and everyone was friendly and helpful. The lady who was responsible for our table was Turkish (I forgot her name), but she was extremely kind and welcoming. Thank you to her and to the rest of the team. Anything we needed arrived immediately. Overall, Zuma is a good place to visit. I might return, but it’s not one of my top priorities. The name and the great service are what make it feel special.

We had an overall fantastic experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the staff, which immediately made us feel welcome. The service throughout the evening was excellent, attentive and the staff really knew their stuff when it came to the menu. The seating and ambiance were also top-tier. The space is modern and stylish, it has a relaxed vibe that makes it comfortable for intimate dinner. We enjoyed the dinner without feeling rushed, which is a bonus. Everything was delicious. The dishes had rich flavors and were beautifully presented. That said, I did have one small issue. I ordered the seared tuna, and it turned out to be a bit chewy due to membrane. I mentioned it to the staff, expecting either a replacement or some sort of adjustment, but nothing came of it. It wasn’t a huge deal, just a minor thing that I felt could’ve been handled better considering the overall high standard of the restaurant.

One of the best restaurants. We've been here several times. Fast service, fresh ingredients, open kitchen. Delicious cocktails. They suggested trying a new dessert similar to a rum baba. We didn’t like it, but they took my opinion into account and didn't add it to the bill. But the fondant was excellent as always!

I had a great experience at Zuma, especially thanks to Smail, the Moroccan waiter. He was absolutely amazing — very attentive, polite, and professional. His service truly made our visit enjoyable. However, the hostess was quite rude when we arrived. She told us the table was only for 1 hour and her attitude felt unwelcoming, which was disappointing for a place like Zuma. But overall, Smail’s exceptional service made the experience much better. Big thank you to him! I still recommend the restaurant because of the quality of the food and the wonderful service he provided.

Each bite was clean, flavorful, and showcased the restaurant’s commitment to quality ingredients. The gyoza was equally impressive, with a crisp exterior giving way to a juicy, flavorful filling. To balance out the meal, I ended with a soothing cup of chamomile tea, which was a perfect finishing touch—calming, fragrant, and refreshing after such a flavorful spread. What makes Zuma truly exceptional is not only the food but also the consistency in service and the overall dining experience. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared and plated, while the cocktails and tea reflected the same attention to detail. I left thoroughly satisfied and would gladly return for both the food and the atmosphere.

Zuma never disappoints when it comes to food quality and atmosphere everything was flavorful and beautifully presented. However I was quite disappointed with the table we were given, especially since we had made a reservation in advance It wasn’t the level of seating I expected from Zuma’s usual standard Another small issue was the crab salad while the flavor was great, the green leaf stems were quite distracting and took away from the overall experience of the dish. Aside from that, the service was excellent and the rest of the meal was outstanding as always I just hope the attention to detail both in seating and dish preparation is more consistent next time.
