I’ve had the pleasure of visiting Zuma many times over the years, and one thing I can say for certain is that it never disappoints. I would consider it the top restaurant in Turkey for Asian fine dining. Every dish is crafted with the utmost care and expertise, which is evident from the very first bite. This particular experience was on New Year’s Eve, and in addition to the exceptional food, the ambiance and live DJ entertainment were top-notch.

Absolutely incredible experience at Zuma in İstinyePark! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with warm hospitality and top-notch service. The ambiance is modern yet cozy, with a stunning view and elegant interior. Every dish we tried was perfectly prepared from the signature black cod to the sushi platter, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I came here for my daughter’s birthday, and we haven’t tasted such sushi anywhere in turkey. , I have wanted to eat in this restaurant for three months and I finally made it. Honestly the food here is heaven , everything taste amazing and the service is supper deluxe. It’s an expensive place for sure we paid around 100$ per person but I would say it’s definitely worth it.
