Zuppardo's Family Market

Love this supermarket. They offer a nice hot bar with a little dinning area to also sit and eat. The store is very well stocked and plenty of employees which all seem to be happy to work there not like Walmart where everyone seems miserable and rude and not helpful. Great selection on things and a lot of in house items that are made fresh here. Definitely my go to grocery store when I’m in the area as I live in Covington and Lafayette. Also during Mardi Gras season they always have a great selection of king cakes also.

Great place to shop if you want to support local family business. I would compare this store to a "Rouses". Has all your groceries and plenty hot food, sushi, deli, and baked good options

This is my favorite local grocery. If you want Louisiana this is your place. I love the local products. The parking is always a game due to the fact that all the locals go here. They have shirts that say I survived Zuppardos Parking Lot!!! Its so worth it to me.

Great place A lot of products and variety

I love the hot food selection. Delicious and priced right. Today I tried the turkey (consistently good) with peach chutney. DELICIOUS. I always get the baked chicken which is consistently good as well. If you’re lucky, they’ll have liver and onions with grits out. Super yum.

I went the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. So very crowded. I had order a Turkey Breast, the most delicious one I've had in a while. I missed the date to order the whole dinner, so I spent a bit more for all the other sides. Everything was very good except for the string beans, and the cornbread dressing, nothing in it was bland and actually taste like stove top dressing. I believe everything would have been better and less expensive, if I would have orders the dinner before the cut off date which was November 17th

Always an amazing staff. If you're not shopping sales you're going to pay a little bit more. Everything that is prepared in-house is amazing. I've had many of their prepared meals never had a complaint and just recently I had two of their dessert platters for a party and could not have asked for better Sweet treats.

Parking lot is a nightmare. You can buy anything at this place. Meats are of good quality, but high priced. Deli & bakery are crazy busy, makes some of the staff unpleasant.
