Very elevated dinner. The food and service were outstanding. We had the degustation menu (chef's tasting) with wine pairing. It was an autumn themed meal and it was like you were on a journey through the courses, as each of the courses were connected by certain ingredients. Everything was absolutely delicious. Each course was cooked perfectly and the wine pairings were adventurous at times yet they all complemented each course perfectly. We were quite happy all the wines served were Italian and many were fairly local and from small producers. Tons of thought and artistry went into the design and plating of each course. The wait staff were knowledgeable and very friendly, plus they were good English speakers, perfect for putting up with Americans who only had a rudimentary knowledge of Italian. We would 100% recommend this restaurant. It is money well spent here. I was told this restaurant could earn a Michelin star and I would not doubt it. Excellent experience!

If you have kids, don't go with them here. After an hour of waiting for food - we cancelled the order and left. We picked up this restaurant to have a great food in Bolzano. When we arrived, almost all tables were free. It started with - preparing a table at the middle of the terrace for us ( didn't really understood why was this necessary, when all is free). We asked the stuff to get ASAP food for the kids. We got after a while food for them. But even after the kids ate their food (which was very tasty - that's why 2 stars) - we were waiting too long. For children's cutlery usage we were charged 5€ (never seen/heard anything like this so far). After one hour of waiting for our food - I asked already twice where is our order - We cancelled and left. Was not funny at all to see people arriving after us, finishing their lunch, while we were still starving. I am actually quite sorry for this experience.

Attentive but not fussy white-tablecloth service , wonderful wine and food suggestions, everything fresh and light and modern. Location indoors and outside airy and on terrace sheltered from traffic and rain in a lovely Italo-Austrian piazza. Management changed since the pandemic but this continues to be our favorite lunch spot in Bolzano.

Authentic food that was heightened and full of flavor! The staff was more than inviting and the dining experience was a wonderful change of pace.

Un moderno ristorante con arredi minimalisti, in pieno centro di Bolzano. Possibilità di scegliere tra menu alla carta e degustazione. Pesce, carne e piatti vegetariani. Ottimo e professionale il servizio. Buona la carta dei vini , principalmente italiani. Prezzi medio alti.

CUCINA CON I FIORI Ho potuto gustare la cena dedicata. Superlativa. Arte pura, con la A maiuscola. Inizio delicato con crescendo di intensità ad ogni portata, ottimo accostamento di vini, per terminare con un dessert incredibile. Uno esce di lì, che è in pace con il mondo. Complimenti ai cuochi e al personale in sala. E anche a chi spiegava le varie particolarità dei fiori. Da ripetere, assolutamente. Grazie infinite!
