Zurita Barra y Mantel

An outstanding dining experience. A beautiful dining room, friendly and efficient service, and delicious food, from the amuse bouche (a small corn soup), to really fresh bread and butter. Then I had the artichokes in a foie “veloute,” the lamb ribs, and cheesecake with pistachio ice cream. The bottle of Rioja that came with the set menu was excellent, and then they brought us a “petit four” of carrot cake with cocoa nibs. I would expect to pay much more for such a gourmet meal. My only quibble is that the room is a bit bright. But overall, this was a wonderful dinner.

Friendly welcome with a smile. Lovely food. Award winning croquettes are a must. Tuna belly salad was delicious and the lamb melted from the bones. Great wine selection. A nice quiet space, with still some atmosphere, as an alternative to pinxtos and noisy bars on a Saturday night.

A fancy restaurant on Calle Estafeta - great and very attentive service, sophisticated and very tasty food! The lamb is to die for and cheese cake is heavenly! I was told fish was great too.

Unfortunately, this spot was a let down for my friends and I! Had great reviews online and promoted itself as Michelin reviewed. The menu in the restaurant was far more limited than presented online, the food was not as flavorful, service was subpar and was an overall disappointment.

Si hay un lugar en Pamplona que merece ser visita obligada para los amantes de la buena mesa, ese es Zurita Barra y Mantel. Desde el primer bocado queda claro que aquí la cocina se vive con pasión y respeto por el producto, elevando la tradición con un toque creativo que sorprende. Las croquetas de jamón, auténticas joyas de la casa, no son unas croquetas cualquiera: fueron nominadas como las mejores del mundo en Madrid Fusión 2024, y basta probar una para entender por qué. Su cremosidad, sabor profundo y rebozado crujiente son simplemente perfectos. Un clásico reinventado que roza la excelencia. Otro imprescindible es el brioche Mar y Montaña, un bocado original y delicioso que combina de manera magistral la suavidad del pan, la intensidad del marisco y la jugosidad de la carne. Una propuesta única que demuestra el talento y la visión gastronómica de este lugar. La experiencia se completa con un ambiente acogedor y un servicio atento, que hacen que cada visita sea especial. Zurita Bar y Mantel no solo conquista el paladar, sino que deja la sensación de haber descubierto un rincón donde la gastronomía alcanza su máxima expresión.
