An outstanding dining experience. A beautiful dining room, friendly and efficient service, and delicious food, from the amuse bouche (a small corn soup), to really fresh bread and butter. Then I had the artichokes in a foie “veloute,” the lamb ribs, and cheesecake with pistachio ice cream. The bottle of Rioja that came with the set menu was excellent, and then they brought us a “petit four” of carrot cake with cocoa nibs. I would expect to pay much more for such a gourmet meal. My only quibble is that the room is a bit bright. But overall, this was a wonderful dinner.
