ZWILLING J.A. Henckels Store - Tysons Corner

I went to the Zwilling location in Tysons Galleria Mall to browse for a new knife block set to replace my low quality brand. I have very little knowledge about quality knives but the salesman, Inaki, took the time to explain to me in great detail the differences between high quality and low quality knives and the aspects of high quality knives. I was very impressed by his knowledge and great full he explained the details in a way that I could relate to and understand. His extraordinary salesmanship motivated me to buy my first high quality knife block set. My wife and I can’t wait to receive and start using our first high quality knife set. I highly recommend the Zwilling location in Tysons Galleria Mall and the salesman, Inaki, is the best!

I was gifted a set of 4 knives from my teenage son for Mothers Day and I’m very impressed by the durability and the sharpness of them! I also just ordered myself a silicone spatula and it was shipped was very fast. Customer service was also helpful! Recommend!!!

I visited this store for the first time today and was very disappointed by the customer service. The merchandise is nice, but the two sales associates working were completely disengaged. They didn’t greet me, never offered assistance, and spent the entire time talking to each other in a foreign language instead of paying attention to customers. It gave the impression they had no interest in helping anyone. Management should seriously reconsider their staffing—poor service like this drives customers away, no matter how nice the products are. I note that there are multiple other reviews similar to mine. This store deserves new sales associates.

I have had another purchase from Inaki from Zwilling store at Tysons store and he is amazing and very cooperative. He has great knowledge in knives that can recommend any knife you would like. Carnal and Roy’s were so awesome as well. Will definitely recoil.

I recently visited Zwilling in Tysons for a knife set and had a great experience. Sara, one of the employees, was incredibly helpful and made the process of picking out kitchen items so easy and enjoyable. She was knowledgeable, patient, and was ready to help. I highly recommend this store and Sara’s excellent service!

Walked in the store because I was looking for two knives to complete my set at home. There were three people behind the counter. A man, a women and a kid on the floor. They seemed to have a great conversation going on and did not seem to care about my existence. No hello when I walked in, not once someone came over to ask if they could help me or the other customer who seemed to be looking for something particular... Even if I found the knives I was looking for, I wouldn't have bought them there, because they absolutely did not care about helping or selling anything
