ZWILLING J.A. Henckels Store - Tysons Corner

I was gifted a set of 4 knives from my teenage son for Mothers Day and I’m very impressed by the durability and the sharpness of them! I also just ordered myself a silicone spatula and it was shipped was very fast. Customer service was also helpful! Recommend!!!

I recently visited Zwilling in Tysons for a knife set and had a great experience. Sara, one of the employees, was incredibly helpful and made the process of picking out kitchen items so easy and enjoyable. She was knowledgeable, patient, and was ready to help. I highly recommend this store and Sara’s excellent service!

Walked in the store because I was looking for two knives to complete my set at home. There were three people behind the counter. A man, a women and a kid on the floor. They seemed to have a great conversation going on and did not seem to care about my existence. No hello when I walked in, not once someone came over to ask if they could help me or the other customer who seemed to be looking for something particular... Even if I found the knives I was looking for, I wouldn't have bought them there, because they absolutely did not care about helping or selling anything

On 01/13/2025 7:20pm I walked in bc I wanted to buy some pans and a pot. The girl was on the phone (personal conversation) and didn’t even bother to assist me. I had to “interrupt” her phone call and asked for a price. She said “the price is underneath” the pot was kind of heavy and I had shopping bags in my hands so I asked her to please help me since the pot was kind of heavy. She just gave me an attitude since I interrupted her phone call and corrected me by saying “it’s not heavy you can do it”. Seriously? Guess what? I just said thank you and left. I will spend my money somewhere else. These type of mediocre employees are the ones hurting businesses, they don’t care. They only want to make their hours and leave! Watch out owner!

Had a great experience with Faranak Farzad, who helped me find flatware!!!! I was not sure about them but she suggested heavier ones and they feel really great to with. Had 2 friends ask me about them at my dinner party! Thank You Faranak and Tyson’s Zwelling🫶

I bought some kitchen stuff a few days ago. They're perfect. I got help from Sara in the store and I was so satisfied. Great place to get myself some beautiful stuff for my kitchen.
