Today, December 23, 2025, around 5:00 PM, we visited the store while looking for a Christmas gift for my mom. We were shopping on a budget and asked for help finding a kitchen knife suitable for daily use within our price range.
When we shared this with the two sales associates behind the register, the middle-aged female associate responded rudely, saying it would be “hard to find,” in a dismissive and judgmental manner. She made no effort to assist us, demonstrate knowledge of the store’s inventory, or offer alternatives within our budget. Her attitude made us feel unwelcome, and we were close to leaving the store altogether.
Fortunately, a younger male associate stepped in and provided excellent customer service. He was knowledgeable about the inventory and quickly directed us to a knife that was affordable and perfect for my mom. Without his help, we would have taken our business elsewhere.
