ZWILLING J.A. Henckels at Vaughan Mills

I have a Miyabi 600s 6 inches knife that handle broke and CS told me that will not cover by warranty because its wear and tear due to usage...they even refuse to replace the handle. I am not asking for replacement. All I want is to repair it so that i can use my knife again. For $350 or more to spend.on the knife and cannot support the repair. I am very disappointed. I will no longer buying a Miyabi or Zwilling knives ever again. I MIGHT SELL ALL MY MIYABI OR ZWILLING KNIVES

Very disappointed with my experience at Zwilling Vaughan Mills today. The 10-piece pot and pan set was clearly marked at a sale price of $100, and the representative confirmed it. After a couple of hours, when we went back the same day around 6 p.m., the sign had been removed, and another representative, Rezeena, gave a different (much higher) price and denied that the sale ever existed. She also had a rude and unprofessional attitude, which made the experience even more frustrating. I expected more honesty and better customer service from a brand like Zwilling.

The worst knives set ever , got rusted as well broke it at the edge of the knife, their warranty does not cover either , such a waste of money

Bought this few weeks ago from this location. Never used. Only washed it to use and found out the knob is defective and they are telling me they cannot not exchange it for me. Your employee has a horrible attitude and services. I asked her name and she did not willing to give out her name I went ther at dec 14th around 8:00pm. ( she was brown colour seems like a ethopian) I am going to escalate this situation and they need to fire her

I purchased a stainless steel pot from Zwilling J. A. Henckels, but after just one use, it developed stubborn rust stains that couldn’t be cleaned off no matter what I tried. When I returned to the store for support, they refused to honor the warranty. The staff had a very poor attitude, denied all responsibility for their defective product, and even rudely dismissed us. Extremely disappointed with their customer service and product quality. I do not recommend buying from this store!

My Ballarini Cortina pan sticks lately after using very lightly for a year or so. I emailed Zwilling customer service. They asked me for photos but at the end they asked me to either ship (at my own cost) or go to a retail shop for free assessment. I went to the shop at Vaughan Mills. The sales lady was originally very friendly. However, when she knew the purpose of my coming, she changed her attitude instantly, without even looking at my pan, she said it's not manufacturer defeat but wear and tear. She added, a non-stick pan is not supposed to be used on high heat and everyone knows. I am not a professional nor cook often. I then googled about non-stick pan. It did say not recommended to be used for high heat but the definition of high heat is over 400F. My stove high heat is at 400F. I am using air fryer and the basket is non stick and I am using it at 400F most of the time. I also have other non-stick pans using the same high heat and have no problem. Don't ever buy from this store. It's sad that this sales lady is only good when customers are buying but turns so rude when customers are trying to claim. For Zwilling non-stick pans, please beware, they don't have any indication of temperature to be used. I saw some Korean made pans have both temperature and medium to low heat stated on the box. Plus you can't claim anything from Zwilling, their warranty policy does not warrant anything at all.

I had a highly disappointing experience at the ZWILLING store. On Friday at 5 PM, I purchased an Electric Salt and Pepper Mill, and the cashier, Tatiyana, assured me that I had 30 days for a full return. However, when my husband returned the product the next day at 10 AM, the staff refused to accept it, claiming it had been "used." I went back in the afternoon to try and resolve the issue. The staff took the product to the back for an unusually long time and then returned, reiterating that, as they had told my husband, they would not take it back. I asked to speak with a manager multiple times but was told she wouldn't come out since they weren't accepting the return. In frustration, I went to the back and asked the manager directly to come out. When she did, she was extremely rude, repeating that the product had been used and that they couldn’t take it back. I explained that I hadn't even had enough time to charge or use it, but she dismissed me with the same response, raising her voice and being disrespectful. What made matters worse was her insulting remark, saying "you all say the same story," which was both rude and offensive. When I asked for her name, she refused to answer and became more hostile. I followed her with my camera, requesting her name, but she slammed the door in my face. For reference, I’ve attached pictures of the manager with long hair, and videos of the interaction are also available upon request. This was an incredibly frustrating experience. If the product was indeed used, it would be even worse, as it suggests I was sold a second-hand item. Most troubling of all, the manager’s behavior was unprofessional, rude, and discriminatory. I am filing a formal complaint with the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario (HRTO) as I believe I was mistreated during this interaction. I would not recommend shopping at this store based on my experience.

A fun store to browse if you love cooking or entertaining. I love the selection in the store which includes pot and pans, cooking utensils, their famous kitchen knives set and even double walled glasses! The store is always well stocked and every available footage has merchandise on displayed does make moving around a little challenging, especially if you have young toddlers and a stroller.
