The Best Cheap Wine Glasses, According to Sommeliers | Eater

"Their stemless wine-whiskey glasses feature a generously sized bowl—almost like a standard Burgundy glass—that works well for a wide range of wines; despite being stemless, the design preserves aromatics and offers an easy, no-fuss option for home drinking (listed price provided per set of six)." - Peggy Truong

I have a Miyabi 600s 6 inches knife that handle broke and CS told me that will not cover by warranty because its wear and tear due to usage...they even refuse to replace the handle. I am not asking for replacement. All I want is to repair it so that i can use my knife again. For $350 or more to spend.on the knife and cannot support the repair. I am very disappointed. I will no longer buying a Miyabi or Zwilling knives ever again. I MIGHT SELL ALL MY MIYABI OR ZWILLING KNIVES

Bought this few weeks ago from this location. Never used. Only washed it to use and found out the knob is defective and they are telling me they cannot not exchange it for me. Your employee has a horrible attitude and services. I asked her name and she did not willing to give out her name I went ther at dec 14th around 8:00pm. ( she was brown colour seems like a ethopian) I am going to escalate this situation and they need to fire her

Bought a set of the ZWILLING motion 3 frying pan, only to find that part of the coating came off after one use for frying steak. Brought it back to the store today (~2:30pm March 28th) and the manager told us that they've seen this before and accused us of misusing the pan by placing it on high heat and causing thermal shock to it which voids the warranty. They also continued to say that it's not meant for cooking steak... We were stunned by the accusation but found it even more ridiculous because the packaging raves about its ultra-durability and says that it's oven-safe (up to 450F). Nowhere does it mention on the box or the care instructions of not being able to put on a stove set to high heat. Even after we pointed this out and asked the manager to find the instructions for us (they couldn't), the manager continued to insist anyway that it was our fault and that there was no way for them to honour the warranty. The whole experience highlighted that the store employees are trained to find any reasons and excuses to put the blame back on the customer in order to avoid returns or exchanges. We would have even accepted the situation if they were just honest about their policies and the situation that they're in, but this vicious practice left a very bad taste in our mouths. Avoid if possible, you're better off purchasing from a reputable retailer.

I recently purchased an 8-piece double-walled coffee mug set from the Zwilling store at Vaughan Mills in Toronto. I have been a loyal customer of this brand for at least five years, having bought various kitchen items like knives, scales, salt and pepper mills, and more. This month, when I bought the coffee mugs, the receipt mentioned that I could return them by the end of January. Before paying, the salesperson told me I could return the item if I wasn’t satisfied. However, after the purchase, I noticed in small print on the receipt that the item had to be unused for a return. Today, I went back to the Vaughan Mills store to return the mugs, but the salesperson refused to accept them, citing the small print on the receipt. I believe this practice is misleading and unfair. It feels like a bait-and-switch, where they take your money and then change the return conditions in fine print that most customers might not notice. I will no longer be shopping at this store and have asked them to cancel my account. I’m even considering selling all my items from this brand because of this bad experience. I strongly recommend being cautious when shopping at this store or with this brand

I had a highly disappointing experience at the ZWILLING store. On Friday at 5 PM, I purchased an Electric Salt and Pepper Mill, and the cashier, Tatiyana, assured me that I had 30 days for a full return. However, when my husband returned the product the next day at 10 AM, the staff refused to accept it, claiming it had been "used." I went back in the afternoon to try and resolve the issue. The staff took the product to the back for an unusually long time and then returned, reiterating that, as they had told my husband, they would not take it back. I asked to speak with a manager multiple times but was told she wouldn't come out since they weren't accepting the return. In frustration, I went to the back and asked the manager directly to come out. When she did, she was extremely rude, repeating that the product had been used and that they couldn’t take it back. I explained that I hadn't even had enough time to charge or use it, but she dismissed me with the same response, raising her voice and being disrespectful. What made matters worse was her insulting remark, saying "you all say the same story," which was both rude and offensive. When I asked for her name, she refused to answer and became more hostile. I followed her with my camera, requesting her name, but she slammed the door in my face. For reference, I’ve attached pictures of the manager with long hair, and videos of the interaction are also available upon request. This was an incredibly frustrating experience. If the product was indeed used, it would be even worse, as it suggests I was sold a second-hand item. Most troubling of all, the manager’s behavior was unprofessional, rude, and discriminatory. I am filing a formal complaint with the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario (HRTO) as I believe I was mistreated during this interaction. I would not recommend shopping at this store based on my experience.

There was a 10 piece pot set for sale at a really good price of about $195. The sales woman, short, Caucasian and about 45, wearing a mask, informed me that the display set was the last one available but someone had stolen the lid for the frying pan. I asked what the discount is for the missing piece and she said it was discounted already. I pointed out that the sign says 10 pieces and there were only 9 available. She dismissed me and I informed her that the store is misleading customers with the sale sign. I felt she was rude and kinda ignorant. I expect more from this store which has really nice stuff. This happened today Jan 1 2025. Happy New Year back to the sales lady.

Bad shopping and customer service even here! The woman who said she is the store manger is extremely rude and mean. Not recommended to shop at all to save your time.

Yelp
A fun store to browse if you love cooking or entertaining. I love the selection in the store which includes pot and pans, cooking utensils, their famous kitchen knives set and even double walled glasses! The store is always well stocked and every available footage has merchandise on displayed does make moving around a little challenging, especially if you have young toddlers and a stroller.
