Great store with a great selection of professional knives and cookware. They have a wide assortment and a very pleasant atmosphere. I only wish there were more discounts! :)

Very nice store offers high quality knives and cookwares. The B grade products are at a large discount. The store is clean and well organized. The stuff are very friendly and willing to help. If you are a visitor from outside of EU countries, do not forget to ask for duty tax free form to claim VAT refund when you leave Germany or other EU countries.

Very unfriendly service. I asked the female assistant what size a casserole dish was and her response with some attitude was “I don’t know!” Unbelievable. Then I had to ask her if she could find out….. Was followed around the store like I was going to steal something. Tried to talk to the male assistant there but he was cold and not very helpful either. Ended up spending a few hundred buying some items but now all I remember is the bad taste in my mouth from the bad customer service. Will def. not return to this store again.
