Dear Dr. Schiffers, CEO of Zwilling J.A. Henckels:
Do you believe Trust and Integrity is important for the Henckels brand and important for your employees?
I wrote a brief note of my many months long experience on your Canada HO page like this one. Please have a look. You should also check out the Better Business Bureau ratings. There’s a problem here. By their response, I am thoroughly disgusted. 1 little knife. Your outlet store staff, 3 of them, inspected, compared to similar ones, confirmed defect. Advised me to contact HO. HO emailed, yes defect, sends shipping label to return little knife. Returned. Months go by, writing and writing. Then, told not defect. I must pay more to get similar replacement. Hours and hours of effort, store, post office, emails and emails over months. One little knife. For the record, my families and I, over generations have spent thousands and thousands on Henckels products... Back to trust and integrity... you need, those front-facing, trust and integrity, and honour at the top.
