Zzetta - Soul Fired Pizza

Zzetta is a superb Italian restaurant in Canning town. The pizzas here are Neapolitan style and are simply outstanding. We ate here two nights in a row in November, it was so good. The prices were really reasonable considering how good the food and drinks were. There is an extensive menu and the staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We will definitely return and would highly recommend if you are in Canning town.

We’ve eaten at this pizzeria for the second time during our vacation, and once again it was absolutely fantastic. We tried the pizza as well as the carbonara, shared a starter, and finished with the cheesecake – everything was unbelievably delicious. The service deserves special mention: incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely took time for us as guests. This is the kind of service many places in Germany could definitely learn from. We’re already planning to come back again in the next few days, and this pizzeria will definitely be a must-visit for us on all future trips to London. Highly recommended!

After years of walking past, a friend and I finally decided to give this place a try, and what a pleasant surprise it was! I’m pleased to say it exceeded expectations. We were impressed by the quality: the food was notably fresh and very tasty. The waiter provided genuinely good, professional service with a smile, which complemented the cool, relaxed vibe and nice interior. We’ve already agreed to return.

We visited Zetta Soul Fired Pizza to celebrate our Secret Santa, and it turned out to be a great choice. The vibe of the place was really nice, warm, relaxed, and perfect for a small celebration. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. The food was tasty, especially the pizzas, which were fresh and full of flavour. Overall, a lovely place with good food, good service, and a great vibe. Would definitely recommend it for casual gatherings and celebrations. What made it extra special was that they gave us props, clicked our photos, and even shared them on their Instagram story 🫶🏻 such a thoughtful and fun gesture!

Visited Zzetta Soul Fired Pizza at 110 Barking Road in East London and had such a lovely experience. The ambience is warm, cosy and perfect for lunch or dinner with friends. The staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming, which really adds to the charm of the place. What we ordered: 🥯Burrata Cheese with Spicy Salad and Freshly Baked Pita Bread Everything about this dish was fresh and full of flavour. The burrata was creamy, the rocket leaves and cherry tomatoes added a refreshing touch, and the balsamic glaze brought everything together beautifully. The pita bread was warm and flaky, and adding a little of the chili oil from the table made it even better. 🍸Raspberry Mocktail and Classic Mojito Both drinks were light and refreshing. The raspberry mocktail had a lovely fruity tang, and the mojito was crisp with just the right balance of mint and lime. 🍴Zzetta Meal for Two - Lunch Combo (£41.95) We went during lunch hours (11:30 AM to 4:30 PM), and this combo was such great value. It includes one starter, two 12-inch pizzas or one 20-inch half and half, a dessert or shake, and drinks. It works out to about £21 per person, which is fantastic for the quality and portion size. 🍃🥜🍕Pesto Chicken Pizza If there is one thing you should try from the menu, it is this pizza. It is easily one of the best I have had. The pesto is made in-house, fresh and full of flavour, and every bite tastes perfect. 🍕🍖Le Festa de Carne Pizza This one is for meat lovers. It comes with chicken and beef sausage. It was hearty and filling, though the sausage had a slightly different flavour than expected. Still a good option if you enjoy rich flavours. 🍮Tiramisu A lovely way to end the meal. It was soft, creamy and not too sweet, just the right finish. Overall thoughts: Everything was fresh, served hot and full of flavour. The service was quick, and the place has such a warm and positive atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Zzetta Soul Fired Pizza to anyone looking for an affordable and cosy Italian restaurant in East London. My top recommendation is the Pesto Chicken Pizza, it was absolutely delicious.

I haven't tried a pizza quite like Zzetta's Pesto Chicken. The base being Pesto was a very delightfully interesting flavor, especially for one like myself that's used to a rich tomato taste in their pizzas. The vegetable toppings tasted fresh and exciting. The bread crumbles that stay on your fingers after eating feel very authentic! The dough itself tasted fresh and well-made, probably the best base I've tried. So delicious and amazing truly! I've become a regular here.

The service was fantastic, they were really kind, patient, and always checked on us. The starters came pretty fast and right as we finished our food, came my pizza. This pizza has been one of the best pizzas i have eaten in a while. The prices were very fair and overall this restaurant is a 10/10 for me. Definitely worth it!

I had an absolutely brilliant time here. The first thing that struck me was how cosy and welcoming the venue was. The pizza oven at the back is a real talking point. The staff were so kind and attentive. The food was so delicious. I had the burrata to start and a veggie pizza and then the cheesecake tiramisu. All spectacular! And extremely authentic. Some of the best Italian food I’ve had in a long time.

Wow! A nice spot for pizza. The service was amazing. Shrika was so polite and very friendly. The ambiance was great. It was clean and unique. The music was very nice. More of a nice deep house blend. We had the margherita pizza. It was the 20inch and huge! The tomato sauce was light and not acidic. I loved it. The crust was chewy and light. When ever I travel here I will be back, hungry for more!!

Dropped in for an early dinner on a Thursday night. Chose Zzetta for its convenience to our vacation rental. I was so glad this was our choice. The gentleman that served us was very pleasant and made a great cocktail. The pizzas were very good, and an A+ on the crust. Salad was also fresh and well dressed. Will be trying to eat there again before we leave.

I ordered a pizza (Napoli) for delivery when I was in a Hotel nearby. Unfortunately, the pizza arrived already almost cold but that's Deliveroo's fault and not the pizzeria. The pizza itself was very tasty and with a generous amount of toppings.

One of the better pizza joint in London. It's a bit expensive but the menu is evolving to make a meal a bit more reasonable. The star here is the crust. Crunchy with just the right amount of chew. The best pie on the menu is the chicken pesto. They also have a nice rocket salad. Have had pretty much everything in the menu and it's all solid. Service is great. Love the small business vibe. Hope this place can thrive.

Best pizza in all of London. The owner is the most friendly guy in Canning Town. Hands down the best pizza I've had in London during my time here and I love pizza!! Great options as well, I come here all the time and not once have they disappoint.
