The 38 Best Restaurants in Tel Aviv | Eater

"Feel like a part of the family at Ha’achim (“the brothers”), a trendy spot known for its buffet-style weekend brunch (₪ 85 per person) with endless rows of traditional local salads, homemade jams, fresh-from-the-oven breads, and shakshuka. [$$]" - Keren Brown

Ahim Restaurant offers great food and good service. The atmosphere is lively and pleasant, with nice music and good drinks. We usually come here after work with friends and enjoy the variety of dishes — tasty meats and sides. Overall, a fun place to relax and have a good meal in Tel Aviv.

All in all is a pretty good experience some of the food was really good however I ordered the ribeye and it was just way below satisfactory. I kind of understand by now that ordering a steak at a restaurant in Israel is always going to be disappointing unless you go to an actual steakhouse but the other items we ordered we're actually really good so I'll give it four stars here just don't order the steak. Oh yeah and we ordered the Bavarian cream dessert and it definitely just tastes it like it was Hershey chocolate syrup on top so it's kind of like hit or miss but some things it looks like they do really well at but the atmosphere was definitely nailed.

Great spot near the museum for delicious Mediterranean/Israeli food! Everything was tasty—from the small starters to the mains. It can get a bit crowded, but the food and service were excellent! 👍🏻

Very nice and chill green spot in central tlv to eat middle eastern food. Waiters were kind and hospitable. All the small dishes were delicious (especially the zucchini!) And the kebab with yogurt. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place. Its name is in Hebrew only but means Brothers in English. Very spacious. You can sit inside or outside. At the entrance there's a small vegetable garden growing tomatoes, eggplant, peppers, limes, and others. In the summer time, sitting outside can be quite challenging if you are very loved by mosquitoes. The food is wonderful. We really enjoyed it. The recommendation includes Fish Msa'hen and Hot Masbaha out of the small dishes. We also ordered Eggplant which was immersed in tahini with rich flavor. Leaf salad is very fresh and refreshing.

We had a reservation at Haachim about a month ago and were really disappointed. We were first seated at a bad table and asked to move. After waiting, we were given another table, right next to the waiters’ station. The spot was even worse, but since the hostess had already given us attitude when we asked to move the first time, we didn’t feel comfortable asking again. While we were sitting there, about five waiters stood right next to us, laughing, chatting, and even taking chasers together. Despite us clearly holding menus and trying to make eye contact, no one came over or acknowledged us. It felt like we were invisible. After sitting there for 20 minutes without any service, we just got up and left. Very disappointing experience. Not coming back.

One of the tastiest restaurants in Tel Aviv! Ha'Acim (The Brothers) delivers simple and delicious food that is great for sharing. The small plates and starters are a must, my personal favorites are the Fried Artichokes with Labneh (Greek Yogurt) and Grilled Kohlrabi. If you are around in the weekend then the Friday brunch (all you can eat buffet) is a must-try, though it must be booked at least a couple of weeks ahead of time. Place has a great lively atmosphere and serves really interesting, relatively cheap cocktails.

Like a criminal returning to the crime scene, I find my self keep returning to this wonderful and corrupted place, time and again over the years. There is one definite conclusion: consistently excellent place and great service. No point for blurbs about individual dishes because they are all very tasty.
