をことて

We had the seasonal Chef's Choice menu with Sake Pairings. The sake pairing came with 7 different hand picked sakes paired with our 8 courses. Dining at をことて was a wonderful experience that I hope to have again some day. It was more than a 3 hour affair but felt like it passed by in an instant. Everyone in the room sat at the same time as us and had the full 8 course feast, adding to the atmosphere that felt more like a personal dinner party than dining out. Of course the food was phenomenal as well. Chef had a lovely mix for his February menu and I'm entirely confident later menus will be just as good or better. I'd love to go in a new season and see what he has in store.

It has been a while since I enjoyed so much, including visits to Michelin-starred places. It was an exceptional experience through a fixed menu, and we also had sake pairing (which was as perfect as the food). It is at least a one-star place for one-third of the price. I'm sure there are many excellent places in Tokyo, but I would warmly recommend visiting this one

The vibes were very relaxed. The decor and crockery was splendid. The host and chef were very friendly and kind! The host understood English pretty well and was able to explain each item to us. They served us with an English menu so it was very nice to be able to read each course and anticipate the future cuisine! So much sake was served with our meticulously crafted meal, and the food was delicious. it was worth every yen! Super cool experience.

Very cozy, and very good food! We tried the sake tasting set and got to try some really good sake as well. The chef was very nice, and made the meal perfect!
