Japan 🇯🇵 Osaka.
This small restaurant is located just off one of Osaka’s main food streets — a little hidden from the tourist crowds, which gives it a more local feel. It has two floors and beautiful displays of marbled meat by the entrance. We were seated on the second floor, which felt cozy and quiet.
FOOD:
This is a yakiniku restaurant offering several meat set menus, but during lunch, they also serve their signature burgers. They use crossbred beef rather than pure Wagyu, so the meat couldn’t have that distinct sweet, fatty flavor.
We came specifically to try their burger. It’s served with crispy potato pommes paille, or with cheese, or with a steak — you can choose one or two patties. The burger looked perfect, especially with its glossy brioche buns, and came with crisp golden fries. We went for the version with crispy potato pommes paille and a double patty. The meat was juicy and fatty with no chewy bits; the richness of the beef balanced the minimal sauce perfectly, making it tender and flavorful. The single-patty version suits those who prefer a lighter, less fatty option, while the double is ideal for anyone who loves a rich, juicy bite.
SERVICE:
Service was good and efficient. The waitress spoke a little English, and since we visited during lunch, everything moved smoothly and quickly.
VERDICT:
We didn’t try their yakiniku or beef sets, but their burger alone is worth the visit. Probably the best burger we had in Japan. The price is fair — come during lunch and enjoy this satisfying, rich burger experience.
