Booked it online on tablecheck on a june night, ordered for the special ramen. They were waiting for us already. Delicious Ramen, intense soy sauce flavored broth with dried sardines infusion. Clean and full of umami, the noodles and egg were perfect also. The meat melted in our mouth. I just left an empty bowl. The ambiance is clean, modern and whitish , as I didn’t expect but nice for a change on the typical ramen place. Keep up the great work! 💪💪💪

We came here via Michelin’s recommendation and got in with no waiting on Saturday at 19:30. The menu was in Japanese but the chef helped us out. We ordered the popular soy sauce ramen soup with the fermented egg add on. The ramen was top notch and we got to watch the preparations.

I read about this place in the Michelin guide and went even twice on one day because it was the best ramen I ever had and I even went to several Michelin star ramen restaurants in Tokio.
For lunch I had a regular ramen from the menu and for dinner I had the special seasonal one (second picture) which was honestly outstanding!
The chef and the staff were so nice and explained everything in detail to foreigners as well.

Love the balance in their yuzu shio ramen! The ajitama and menma was also fantastic. Never had an egg with a sweet yolk that didn't also have a sweet white. Baffling how chef got the two parts to taste so differently. There isn't an English menu but the staff speaks a few words. Reading the menu with an app will work just fine.
