My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the LN Garden Hotel in Guangzhou, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, pleasant, and welcoming. Their attentiveness and genuine hospitality set the tone for a memorable stay. The hotel itself is stunning—especially the grand lobby and reception area, which immediately impressed us with its elegance and attention to detail. Every corner of the property exudes a sense of thoughtful design and luxury. Dining at the hotel was a highlight. We were especially delighted by the push cart dim sum at Lai Wan—a nostalgic and authentic experience brought to life with delicious, high-quality dishes and impeccable service. All of the restaurants in the hotel offered fantastic culinary options. One of the most touching aspects of our stay was the handwritten notes left by the housekeeping staff, accompanied by daily surprises of chocolates and desserts. These personal touches added a heartfelt warmth that made us feel truly cared for. Overall, LN Garden Hotel provided not just a place to stay, but a delightful and thoughtful experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Guangzhou.

This is a classic hotel with lots of tradition furniture. However the room facility is far below modern standard, for example the bath tube is too high and the button of shower is too hard to turn on.

"I stayed at LN Garden Hotel from July 1-4. The location wasn't ideal for me, but the hotel exceeded my expectations in other aspects. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, despite the slightly outdated bathroom fixtures. The hotel's ambiance was elegant and grand, which surprised me given its 40-year history still feels luxurious. I had wanted to stay here 20 years ago, but the location didn't fit my needs back then. This time, I finally got the chance, and I was thoroughly satisfied with the service. From check-in handled by Ms. Winnie Xiau Wei to the friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel, everything was top-notch. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel offered high-quality food with a 25% discount for guests, and the operator, Ms. Gillien, was very friendly and allowed me a late check-out until 2 PM. This gave me time to enjoy lunch at Lai Wan Market. The concierge service was professional and handled my packages efficiently. What made my stay even better was the reasonable price. I'll definitely come back and recommend this hotel to friends. Next time, I'll bring my friends to stay at LN Garden Hotel again

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an incident that occurred during my stay at your hotel. I stayed in Room 2240 from May 23rd to May 28th, 2025. During my stay, I left my Apple AirPods in the room while I was out during the day. However, upon returning to the room later that evening, I discovered that the AirPods were missing. Upon checking the "Find My" app, I noticed that the device was being used and that its location was in Guangzhou. This strongly suggests that the AirPods were removed from the premises. I immediately reported the matter to the duty manager. While I was informed that the surveillance footage was reviewed, no resolution was offered, and the matter was dismissed without further investigation. I am disappointed by the lack of seriousness with which this issue was handled. This incident has left me feeling unsafe and uneasy about staying at your hotel again. I urge you to conduct a more thorough investigation into this matter and take steps to prevent such incidents in the future. I believe it is the responsibility of the hotel to ensure the safety and security of its guests and their belongings.

It’s the 40th anniversary of this iconic hotel in Guangzhou. To enlive my old memories I took more than three hours to come by from Shenzhen . To my greatest disappointment, the guest service is not impressive or not appropriate. A porter in the front swivel door did not actually help guests at all, offering no assistance in unloading and uploading the luggage, although many staffers in the lobby stand smiling .
