Yelp
This is a tiny shop that sells organic Taiwanese pineapple cakes. According to my friend, Japanese tourists go to this spot to get their pineapple cakes because they like the organic aspect. They also sell fresh milk and breads which my friend tells me are quite good as well.
Their pineapple cakes are a mix of wintermelon and pineapple. They aren't as good as the ones I like to get from my favorite bakery in Tainan, but these are still pretty good. They have a regular one and one with walnuts in the filling. It costs extra for the fancy box, so you can just buy them individually and they will wrap it in a brown paper bag. The pineapple cakes last two weeks, but they lady told me you can put them in the freezer to last a few months. Just toast them in the oven for 1-2 min. before eating.
