This was the best meal of my life! Watching the chef prepare our meal and then eating each creation was one of the most memorable culinary experiences I’ve had. The food was prepared with such detail and precision. The flavors were incredible. The ambiance and the staff were wonderful. I was a bit reluctant to go because of the cost, but I would happily return. It was absolutely worth it. We had so many different dishes and we were there for almost 3 hours. I’m so happy and grateful to have experienced this chefs beautiful restaurant.

The food, atmosphere and presentation was absolutely perfect. Warm and inviting. As you eat every course you can watch Chef Kanemitsu works so hard to deliver an exquisite experience. Finest Kaiseki dining in Kyoto. Every table is a chefs table ♥️ The interior is calming with beautiful views of nature. Wonderful sake, beer, wine and champagne selection. This place will be Michelin starred within no time. Come enjoy while you can!

We had the 10-course Omakase dinner, which took us about three hours to complete. The food was excellent — each dish beautifully presented and full of flavor. The restaurant staff were attentive, professional, and made the entire experience very enjoyable. Considering the generous portions, high-quality ingredients, and impeccable service, it was definitely great value for money.

This was truly a culinary masterpiece! From the entrance until the end, we were in the Chef’s world. The food was some of the best and most well prepared we have ever had. This is more than just top end food, this chef invites you into his world, and his attention and love for his dishes shines through. 今まで食べた和食の中でも味/見立て/構成全てが間違いなく最上級レベル。シンプルながら一味アレンジされた料理を堪能できる。ミシュラン一つ星は時間の問題? 町家を改装した店内も他にない雰囲気でかなり素敵。カウンター席はなくテーブル席のみだがオープンキッチンで調理を見ながら食事を楽しめる。価格もお値打ちすぎる。 10月ソフトオープンの店でたまたま入ったら当たりすぎたのとネットに情報がなさすぎるので思わず投稿。ワンオペに近いので時間は余裕を持って。 ↓ 2月にまたお伺いしたら調理とサービスの方が1人ずついらっしゃいました!料理もさらにパワーアップしており野菜を多用しつつメイン食材が活かされたセンスに溢れる皿が多数。最近行った京都の和食で一番好きかも。価格以上に魚の品質も相当高い。

以前のお店から大将の大ファンで、お店を独立されたと知り…直ぐに予約をしました! さすが大将‼️立派なお店で、素晴らしいお料理を出していただき、幸せな時間を過ごさせていただきました。 オープンキッチンの全テーブル席なので、ゆっくり会話を楽しみながらお料理を頂くことができました(^.^)大将のこだわりと、大将のお人柄を感じる素敵な素敵なお店でした♡ 近い将来、予約がとれないお店になること間違いなし!来月のお料理も楽しみにしてますね(o^^o)
