냉면 Naengmyeon. Cold noodles are a North Korean dish and this shop spots about an hour queue when I visited. Taste wise, it’s similar to 필동면옥 Pildong myeonyok in Seoul, very Q (chewy). Can visit if you are in the area and if you like cold noodles!

아주 깔끔하고 맛있는 평양냉면맛집이네요 미쉘린에 올라간 이유가 있는곳이에요 비빔은 개인적으로 취향이 아니라서 안좋아하는데 먹어보니 맛있었어요 양념도 다른곳이랑 다르고요 그리고 만두는 꼭 드세요 두툼하지만 재료의본연의맛이 좋네요

평냉과 만두를 먹었다 만두를 반접시 팔아좋았음 맛은 진짜 깔끔. 부산 사람들이 먹는 밀면이랑은 맛이 많이 다르다. 그냥 딱 깔끔쓰.면도 탱글함. 일반적인 냉면 면이랑 달랐음. 면치기 가능한 면이랄까. 만두는 크기가 많이 크고 내용물은 많긴한데 크기에 비해 좀 부실한 느낌. 평양 만두를 조아해서 설에서도 마니 먹었는데 부속물이 달라서 그런지 마니 라이트하다. 내가 가는 이북신 만두집은 이런 라이트한 맛은 아니고 좀 묵직하다. 훨씬 내용 물도 많고. 근데 이집 이북 만두는 또 다른 맛이라 만두국을 담에 도전하고 싶당 사장님들과 종업원분들 완전 친절하심 ㅎ

미슐랭가이드에 있기에 방문. 한우와 돼지고기 1:1로 들어간 파워풀한 육수가 인상적이었음. 육향이 찐한데 깔끔하다는 이상한 표현이 말이 된다. 한우 부위는 사태. 한돈 부위는 삼겹살. 메밀면과 함께 취향에 따라 고춧가루를 뿌려먹게 되어 있다. 서울의 진미평양냉면과 얼핏 비슷해 보이는 특징이 있다. 그 부산물로 한우수육과 돼지수육 메뉴가 따로 있는데 내 경우는 돼지 냉제육을 주문함. 사실 좋아하는 메뉴가 아니지만 궁금해서 먹어보았다. 곁들여 먹는 양념장이 대단해서인지, 아니면 별다른 조미를 했는지 햇갈리지만 특유의 묵직한 향이 배어나와 신기했다. 이 양념은 비빔냉면의 양념장과 같다. 비빔냉면도 그러하니 아주 깔끔하고 뒷맛이 개운하다. 만두는 이북식. 숙주와 만두속으로 채워져 아주 깔끔한 맛이다. 전반적으로 깔끔하고 개운한 와중 은은하게 묵직한 한 방이 있는 맛들이었다. 낮에 소주와 함께 먹으니 극락이 여기 있는 기분.

밀면의 강한육수에 길들어진 부산에서는 평양냉면은 인기가 없었지만 줄을서야 할정도로 손님이 많다. 서울에서 먹는 이름난 평양냉면집 맛이 난다. 을지면옥이나 필동면옥의 제육은 쫄깃한 맛이지만 여기는 부드러운 제육이였다. 이북식 만두도 괜찮다.

給要吃的台灣人🇹🇼 11:30開門，平日大概早半小時去登記就可以第一波吃到，劃位要用韓國電話，沒有的話就請店員幫忙登記就好。 有中文菜單，大概就是冷湯麵，紅色辣醬的拌麵，都可以加麵，煎餃一份四個（也有湯的，尺寸偏大，跟Iphone16差不多，建議一個人就好），還有類似金針菇炒牛肉的熱炒盤，最後冷牛肉，冷豬肉，也可以各半。 冷麵的大骨湯香氣很足，以為清淡，不過蠻驚艷的，煎餃還好但可以吃吃看。 價錢小貴，服務員很親切很熱心，看不懂還會拿照片跟你比對，讚讚👍
