While there are a growing number of beach resorts on St. Kitts, you can still
find plenty of secluded sands around the island when you want to disappear for a
few hours. Visitors can also look forward to sunbathing on the black sand of
Dieppe Bay, spotting dolphins on Turtle Beach, or snorkeling over shipwrecks in
White House Bay.

"This beach isn’t quite as secluded as it once was since the opening of the Park Hyatt and Christoph Harbour development, but it’s still a very pretty stretch of white sand, backed by the picturesque scenery of St. Kitt’s southern peninsula. Banana Bay also overlooks the Narrows, a channel that serves as the site of an annual swim from St. Kitts to Nevis."

"A narrow strip of land divides the northern Atlantic and southern Caribbean sides of Frigate Bay, making it easy to walk from one section to the other. Many visitors do just that, as hotels like the St. Kitts Marriott Resort and Sugar Bay Club are on the north side, while the beach bars of The Strip sit on the south side. The sand and scenery around the resorts is better, but the nightlife on South Frigate Bay is among the island’s best."
