"After the rollicking success of their East London location, the team behind the celebrity-magnet sushi bar and hotel brand—including chef Nobu Matsuhisa and Robert De Niro—brought their signature Japanese-inspired minimalism to tony Marylebone, transforming an old business hotel into something at once familiar and brand new. On the familiar side, you’ll still find all of Matsuhisa’s classics at the restaurant, including miso black cod, rock shrimp tempura, and yellowtail sashimi with thinly sliced jalapeños.
