"Despite its location in the Dallas Design District, the restaurant itself takes us back to an old school cafeteria with its plastic trays and assembly line-style service. Since The Slow Bone is only open until 3 p.m., this is a lunch-only spot, where hickory-smoked brisket and fried chicken are the stars of the menu.
