"Interiors here are a bit more muted than usual for Morocco, but this exemplary four-bedroom villa is every bit as divine as the more maximalist offerings in our round-up. Interiors are breezy, with a statement architectural staircase and tasteful furnishings throughout. Set over three levels, there’s plenty of privacy for times you wish to escape and, if you’re visiting in winter, a nook with a fireplace provides a cozy spot to gather. There’s a fully-equipped kitchen with traditional tadlakt finishes should you wish to cook, but housekeeper Fatima is a fantastic chef, too. Give her a day’s notice, and she’ll create something tasty for the whole family. The most special part of this villa, however, is the glass roof that allows glorious light to flood into the whole space all day long—an unusual feature that’s a real treat for sun-seekers." - Charley Ward
