"The house restaurant for the Renaissance Hotel, there’s a kind of high-end goth casual look to the place, with the black ceiling and black and silver furniture dominating the aesthetic. The menu is nominally a simple affair, with classics such as French Toast, Steak and Eggs, and breakfast sandwiches. The ingredients (locally sourced where possible) elevate the experience, though, with delicious brioche used for the sandwiches, house-made tomato jams, and duck fat corn bread.
