"Located just off Hyde Park (and across from Kensington Palace), this 19th-century Victorian prides itself on its two-to-one staff-to-guest ratio. A butler pours guests a glass of Champagne upon arrival, and housekeeping comes twice a day, leaving a different bag of candy each time—butter fudge, toffee whirls, Turkish delight. Design includes tapestry sofas and pictures of horses at the Stables Bar.
