Sure, the pizzas are excellent: East Coast-style, fermented in the refrigerator to yield a thin, crispy-chewy crust and topped with creative combinations of herbed cheeses, mushrooms, and more. But the kitchen also dishes out dreamy seasonal appetizers and pastas using local produce and sustainably sourced meats and fish, and the strong wine list encourages trying out something new by the glass.
