"George Dickel, the 90-proof Tennessee whiskey they make at the Cascade Hollow Distillery, is a tradition in this area. Following a reboot of the brand a few years ago by parent company Diageo, the distillery's large valley and burbling brook down in "the holler" make a tranquil setting for whiskey production. This is yet another worthy stop in the middle section of the Tennessee Whiskey Trail.
