A Coffee Shop Using Seasonal Beans Is the First Vendor to Open in Capitol Hill’s New Food Hall | Eater DC

"A 12,500-square-foot food hall in Southeast run by Neighborhood Restaurant Group, located on the ground floor of the Blackbird apartment building facing the Potomac Ave Metro station, the Roost is opening in phases after COVID-19 delayed its original spring launch; the plan is to add one or two vendors at a time and fill the facility by Thanksgiving.
