"At Bar Pigalle in Detroit’s Brush Park neighborhood I observed it functioning as a fine-dining platform and collaborator: the Eater Award-winning spot, where Norm Valenti became chef in April 2023, is hosting Amado Lopez and Valenti for two multi-course pop-ups on Sunday, February 4 with seatings at 5 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.; tickets are $85 and must be purchased in advance.
