"Downtown Austin restaurant Boiler Nine Bar + Grill is closing this month at 800 West Cesar Chavez Street within the Seaholm District. Its last day of service will be on Saturday, February 23. Boiler Nine’s management company La Corsha Hospitality Group said that the reason behind the shutter is because of “unpaid management fees” from the restaurant’s ownership company Boiler Nine Partners Ltd. Both businesses are talking with the restaurant’s landlord Columbia Texas Seaholm Office Properties to figure out what will happen to the space after the 23rd.
