"Set to follow in the summer at 407 N. Clark Street, this River North spot is the chain’s other inaugural Chicago location outside Florida and will serve the same fast-casual taco-bar fare: jalapeño brisket quesadillas, a late-night burrito with short rib, pork, chicken, and potato sticks, customizable bowls, vegan Impossible chorizo, and an appetizer tower with sweet chili jalapeño wings, yuca frita, and quesadillas. The concept pairs a taco-focused menu with a speakeasy-evoking bar program offering tequila, frozen and seasonal margaritas, happy hour specials and large-format drinks in dispensers. Founded in 2015 by Jared Galbut and Keith Menin after their South Beach bar Radio (now closed), the chain currently has five locations and is planning expansions to Nashville and Washington, D.C." - Ashok Selvam
