Marketed as New Orleans’s first omakase sushi bar, it’s a tiny 12-seat counter at 3214 Burgundy Street run as a partnership between Tokyo‑native chef Kazuyuki “Kaz” Ishikawa, his longtime partner Eli Ramos, and local restaurateur Billy Blatty.
