"Inner Voice Brewing will open next spring in the former Big Tex restaurant space on West Ponce in Decatur. Owned by Rhett Caseman and Josh Johnson, it will feature eight to 12 beers on tap, food from local pop-ups, and to-go beer sales. The space is being renovated to include more indoor seating with better ventilation and expanded outdoor seating on the patio. Brewing equipment is expected to arrive for installation by the end of December. Caseman and Johnson plan to brew IPAs, stouts, and other experiential beers, with a rotating array of pop-ups serving food to complement the beer offerings." - Beth McKibben
